that respective entity is facing the issue related to low level motivation among employees due to
high level of competition. Thus, in order to overcome this issue by taking advantage of
significant improvements measures like, Alerts and notifications, employee profiles, workflows
and spaces are some of the innovative communication tool that drive communication in a faster
manner. Since it has been determined that current communication system used by Woolworths
proves not beneficial for reaching towards targeted audience. Furthermore, this report addressed
innovative communication tool with the help of which issue of low level of motivation among
employees can be overcome. Along with this there are some measures that acts as measures in
order to overcome issue:
Design new digital communication strategy like implementing new social media into
marketing mix
Develop policy for new social media channels like Instagram to govern internal uses as
well as provide guidance on the way to use it in unique manner
Identify advocates within business for engaging with business clients and bringing
awareness among them about new products or services
Research on preferences and changing needs of customers will lead to make development
in product and innovate new services to meet the same
Produce a message at digital platform including strategic position of business
Establish the editorial panel for guiding production of content and ensuring that
consistency of new marketing campaign will be maintained
Setting up social media channels that meets the need of targeted audience and taking their
