The major things that needs to be decided in order to make the project
success are the factors that has been mentioned below-
Cost- This is one of the important element as effective cost management leads to
support the planned budget throughout the project (Dhaiban, 2018). The estimated
cost of the project is £400.
Scope- The scope of the project is wider in terms as it is aligned with the analysing
the importance of the innovated digital workspace at Deloitte
Time- Time management is highly important as it can lead to impact the over-all
outcomes of the project. Therefore, it is important to specify time so the selected task
can be completed in specified time. The time for current project is estimated up-to 4
weeks.
Methods- Researcher will use the quantitative method in context of conducting the
research. Data will be collected within using both the sources primary and
secondary. In the primary method the questionnaire will be performed whereas in
secondary method articles and journals is being reviewed.
Quality- The quality of the current project will be high in terms as quality is being
maintained while conducting questionnaire, accurate candidates will be selected. In
secondary research, quality will be maintained within using valid sources.
Risk- The risk which is involved in the project is related to time management and
ineffective budget management. This risk leads to create direct impact over the
outcomes of the project. Therefore, these risks needs to be managed. Time
management can be done within specifying time period to each task and risk related
to budget will be maintained within making pre-planning in relation of other extra
expenses.
Communication- In context of implementing effective communication throughout the
project, communication will be done within using e-mails and face to face interaction
will be maintained.

Resources- This refers to the mandatory assets that are needed by the researcher
in terms of performing the task of the project. Thus, the major resources that are
required by researcher will be, financial, digital and human resource.

Project estimating- This has been considered as the estimation phase where

project the priority task has been taken at first within considering as primary task.
Scheduling- After considering the priority task again scheduling of the task needs to
be done so, proper idea in relation of performing task can be gain and efficient
outcomes can be delivered. Thus, in this project after considering the primary task
scheduling will be performed so, it can be known that, from primary task which task
needs to be performed at first.
Strong project closure- Strong project closure is the last phase and event which is
also highly important. It helps in assuring that all task has been completed and the
project has delivered the outcomes. This can be done within using the techniques
such as- PRINCE2, PMO and so on techniques.

Initiation- This has been determined as the first stage of the project. It is highly
important as in this helps in determining which is needed to do in the project. Also
what will be final outcomes of the project has been determined in this phase (Molaei
and et.al., 2021). In the current project in this phase the major elements that needs
to be performed while analysing the importance of innovative digital workspace at
Deloitte will be taken in consideration.
Planning- In this activity, plan in relation of each activity that has been set at initial
phase is made. This helps in making effective plan and also provides the assurance
of effective outcomes. The roles and responsibilities in being define under this. In
