There are several challenges and issues faced during the pandemic as well as online classes
which affect students performance. It is essential to determine and analyse the problems which is
created due to pandemic challenges in order to determine accurate solutions. It has been analysed
that COVID 19 pandemic has affected several industries in the world along with the education
system (Choi and Chiu, 2021). Due to this education process has been influenced and leads to
enhance online classes. Students has faced number of issues and problems during online classes
and influenced studies and learning practices. In pandemic situation the major decision taken is
keep social distancing in order to stop its spread. This report is based in topic Social challenges
faced during the pandemic and online classes. In this report problems is identified and analysed
effectively and innovative solution to this problem has been determined. Apart from this user
needs has been determined.

The problem identified in this report is COVID 19 pandemic situation is the social
challenges faced during the pandemic and online classes. This is one of the greatest issues that is
faced by society or individual. This lead to have major consequences for the world poor and

are several discrimination practices are performed to the people who are covid positive.

are not able to go to school for several months which has affected their leaning practices. This
