eliminated by adopting various ways like the students should always be encouraged to share their
ideas with the class and ones who do so should be rewarded. This will not only boost their
confidence but also enhance overall productivity. There are a number of tools and techniques to
do so. Also, apart from this, many enablers and drivers of innovation help in promoting the
concept within an organization. Therefore, it is important to develop and implement strategies so
that innovative ideas and practices can be shared and communicated to others. The style of
leadership that is adopted within an organization can significantly impact on innovation within
the organization. Lastly, there are any ways in which risks and challenges that are associated
with innovation can be managed effectively. Therefore, if an organization wants to gain
competitive advantage against others, it should adopt the concept of innovative thinking and
practice.
