strategy for eliminating them from the organization. The performance of the organization can be

which helps to attain the strategy of the organization. Inpex Australia is active in the Timor Sea
and the Carnarvon. The organization structure of Inpex will be defined in this report to provide
the better understanding about the organization. Internal as well as external forces will be
elaborated in the context of same organization. It will also define about the risk that is faced by
the company and the steps will be mentioned which is taken by the organization in order to
improve them.

The organizational structure of the business helps to accomplish the task systematically. The
vision and mission of the company are accomplished due to organizational structure. It has
various projects and more than 30,000 workers are working under the project named Ichthys
LNG Project in different location of the world and 2000 workers are working under this project
in Australia (Inpex Corporation, 2015). There are different departments in the organization in
which the leaders delegate their responsibilities to the employee as per their skills. Along with
