PART A: Theoretical explanation of each project element
Project Scope:
The scope of the project is to shift the whole premises to a new location. As per the landlord, the lease
time has been expired and there have been only two months left as a notice period. The company need
to be settled and moved from the location to a new location which is basically near to the suburb. The
total estimated amount which is needed to invest in the shifting of the premises is not more than
$100,000. While moving to the new location it is administrated that there must not be any disrupted to
the customers and all the available staffs on the premises. For the movement of the telephone's
connections as well as the computer's connections, there has been a department named as CIT. This
department will be helpful for moving these networking devices and configuring these connections to
the new location. The packing up of all the equipment's will take place on Friday. There will be
downtime for minimum time in which all the installation and removal of types of equipment will be
done. The IT teams will be working every day to settle down the equipment's and will check the
connections as well before Monday (Yana Derenskaya 2018, p. 88).
Business Case:
The insurance company which is located in a suburban location. As per the branch manager the
company has asked to reallocate the premises to the new location, the lease time period has been
expired and there is no process that it will be renewed. The time period which has been left for the
insurance company to get settled to the new location is only two months. The company is required to be
moved till Sunday and the work will start on Monday. The timescale for the project is that there will be
removal and shifting of the whole equipment's will be done on Friday and the CIT team will work
continuously on the technologies which are needed to get installed to the new location. The cost which
has been estimated for the project is $ 100,000. The budgets will not need to go more than this. There
are many risks which can take place while implementing the project. The risk will associate with the
downtime of the organization. The risk also can associate with the technology configuration. The safety
purpose of the whole organization is also included. The equipment’s needed to be safe while moving
from one location to another (Panwar 2017, p. 88).

Risk Assumptions:
As per the project which is shifting the whole premises to a whole new location, there can be many risk
factors which needed to keep in mind. The risk will be needed to be removed before the
implementation of the project. If the risk will not be removed then there can be a big loss to the
organization. Some of the possible risk factors which can be seen while implementing the whole project
are shown below:
The number of workers may be not having much knowledge.
The downtime can be the major part while talking about the risk.
The types of equipment can be damaged while moving.
The configuration file can be lost.
Networking devices can get damage.
Missing of the types of equipment.
Security implementation while configuring.
The project may not complete on time.
CIT department will not be able to configure the network on time.
The loss to the company because of the downtime (Rutter 2011, p. 89).

Constraints:
The risk is needed to be settled down before implementing. If we get to know about what kind of risk
will take place then that risk must need to be followed with the constraints. SO below some of the
constraints have been shown while is needed to be done before implementing the whole project.
The types of equipment must be count before packing.
The types of equipment must be packed safely so that there will be no damage to the devices.
The important files and folders needed to be kept to some safe location.
CIT team must ensure that all the configuration file have been saved at a centralized location.
The backup must be prepared for handling the disaster done by humanity itself.
Must teach the staff how to dismantle the devices and packed before packing.
Must keep in mind about the deadline of implementation of the project.
The project must be followed with the timescale which has been set.
There must be no more downtime.
The cost must not go higher than the estimated one (Ekenberg 2014, p. 89).
Resources Estimated:
Funding: The estimated cost for the whole project must not go higher than $
100,000. The cost has been decided to be $ 100,000 only.
Equipment: Tools for removal and settling the devise and types of equipment.
People: CIT Department, project team, project manager, etc.

As per the following project character, the project scope must need to be confirmed and also the
business case which is for the insurance company. It is going to use some of the basic need which is
measurable, specific, attainable, time-bound, and relevant information regarding the proposal of the
given project.
The character which has been mentioned above have included the scheduled milestone, risk
identification and their available constraints, the available outline for the success criteria and many
more resources which has been required for this project for an insurance company. Much more work
has been done in which different stakeholders have been identified in which their priority and their
available interest in the project has also been mentioned. The character presented the lesson learned
from the previous project and what must be the measure to be followed in while implementing this
project. These needed to be followed for proceeding with the project proposal in the constraints and
reliable way for better implementing of the project.
The cost which has been estimated and the amount which has been fixed is $100, 000. It must not go
higher than this amount. The company worker is ready to work over the project and the CIT department
team will be used for the implementing and configuring the networking devices to the new premises, for
example, telephones, or the servers, wire, etc. (Hilfman 2015, p. 99).
