Reflection report
From this group, I enchased my understanding about Mayrah brand. I also increased my
understanding towards the background of Australia as it facilitates me to critically analyze
the culture. During the teamwork, I gained my understanding towards the cultural differences
that could create conflict at the working place. In this team, each member belongs to the
different culture that could create problem to understand each other. It could directly
influence the outcome of the team (Tukker and Tischner, 2017). Hence, I improved my skills
in dealing with cultural differences.
I also give the instruction to my team member towards the cultural differences wherein they
are mandated to respect each other opinion and values. It could directly impact on the
accomplishment of the organizational goal. I analysed that every member of team give their
best contribution in the team by offering creative ideas for the accomplishment of specified
goal. I learned that team member collaborate each other for the accomplishment of same goal.
At the time of working in the team, I enchased my many skills such as time management,
collaboration, conflict management, teamwork, and decision making.
It will enable to perform appropriate behaviour in the group and make reliable decision.
During the teamwork, I increased my knowledge towards market entry strategy that
facilitates to effectively launch products and services in the new market and obtain a reliable
outcome. There are many sources that could be considered in the market entry strategy like a
partnership, celebrity endorsement, e-commerce partner, magazine partner, payment
methods, courier partners, and social media awareness (Sahebjamnia, et al., 2015).
I enhanced my knowledge with respect to the marketing and sales strategy, use of social
networks, and business environment as it would support to obtain higher competitive benefit.
From the analysis of business environment, I gained my understanding about many factors
like political, social, economic, technical, and legal. It could also support to effectively

launch new products and services in the future. I also realized that every team member
collaborate each other as it supported to eliminate the possibilities of conflict from the team.
It is also examined that group member advise me as a family member that was supportive to
eliminate my issues and obtain reliable reliable outcome (Harmon, 2015). I enchased my
understanding towards cultural communication issues, legal issues that could also influence
the goal of organization.
I also improved my interpersonal skills that supported me to conduct appropriate behaviour in
the team. During team work, I analysed many weakness like cultural issues, communication
issues, decision making, and time management as it could directly influence the outcome of
team. I suggested to my team member to use communication techniques for improving their
conversation skills in least time. Team should also give the equal value to each culture for
eliminating the conflict issues and accomplish the organizational task (Wirtz, et al., 2016).
Through this, team member could be able to make an reliable relationship with their
consumers.
