PART 1
From the study of simulation I have learned that team work is critical for organization.
Working in a team means more requirement of effective skills such as collaboration, patience
skills, time management to achieve a common objectives and goals. In my opinion effective team
working across the companies boundaries, are becoming very challenging for organization.
During the simulation me and my team were working effectively together for the completion of
project. To work in team effective collaboration and communication is needed as without it team
cannot work effectively on task. While working together we understand each other weaknesses
and strengths and make sure that we are respecting it. I think group work requires more time and
energy as it takes time for the coordination, arranging meeting on regular basis. The major
challenges is : Without the approval of peer support, teams can't make important decisions the
consent of others is taken into consideration. I think every member in the team has different
opinion and point of view so to agree on each and every opinion, communication and effective
coordination is necessary. If one of the team members is not able to build trust and mutual
respect then team won't be able to complete simulation. Also, during simulation team may face
issues such as personality clashes. Handling personality clashes would be very critical for team
members, sometimes people can blame each other for the failure of team task. I have also learned
that changing personalities can be very challenging so it is essential for teams to avoid such
actions at workplace. However, I believe that people working in team together can cooperate
easily and better way and it helped me improve my problem solving skills.
2. The concept of personal resilience
The major concept of personal resilience is all about actions, behaviours and thoughts
that can promote mental health of people and personal wellbeing. In order to develop the
personal stress and mental state they can use the support of personal resilience. With the help of
personal resilience, people can easily build their self-confidence which help them to maintain
perspective to achieve goals which was set by them.
I have learned that with the help of understanding the personal resilience concept, it helps
people in such a way that they can learn from their failure, errors they make and mistakes. By
having personal resilience, people can improve their strength which is required to process and

overcome things. People with personal resilience can enhance their strengths so that they can
overcome with their issues and work through challenges that may impact their wellbeing. With
this, people can be more aware about situations from which they can easily control different
situation in life and find new ways to handle issues. The positive side of personal resilience is
people can become even more stronger after dealing with different difficult situation (pros and
cons of being resilient, 2022). The major drawback of personal resilience is that a person with
too much resilience can limit the effectiveness of leadership skills which can turn a strength of
that person into area of improvement rapidly.
PART 2
I have been able to understand that my strengths in the self-aware and the personal
resilience for this assessment was with relation to the different aspects of learning and
development. My personal and professional development improved for this assessment as it
helped me to gain experiences from the challenges I faced during this study. It can be said that
the relations of the personal experience is directly related to the ways in which it is able to
manage the professional development. It is also considered to be the factor which is able to
highlight my growth.
My key strengths which I was able develop in the personal development was related to
the different practices. In this assessment I was able to improve my problem solving skills which
were related to the different experiences that can bring growth into the operational management.
These strategies have been considered to the factor which are able to understand the key
practices and strategies which can help in the development of the personal challenges. For this
assessment I was able to stimulate the performance of the airline in which I was able to compare
and contrast the results of these simulations.
As per this study It was my knowledge and experiences which allowed me to summarize
the results of the different simulations. This provided me the experience of using different
software for simulation and also understand the effective use of data for the development of the
strategies. It can be said that the major consideration of the personal challenges can help me to
understand the professional development of the strategies which provide me with the ability to
generate the strategies that can help in the adaptation of the operations.
I was also able to recognize that the increase in the performance of the personal
challenges can be considered to be the learning experiences which allow me to manage the

understanding the factors which bring growth into the operations. It has also been understood
that I was able to manage the performance of the studies which can help me in the determination
of the factors which can help me to gain success in the operations. It has also been understood
that the biggest weakness was that I was not able to develop good communication with my peers.
This is also the very big issues as for the simulation assessment to go successful collaboration of
the different departments was very important and effective.
It has been found that the management of the individual resilience in the organization has
been able to find the involvement of the behaviours, thoughts and actions that are able to
promote the personal well-being of the mental health (Joyce and et.al., 2018). In this assessment
I was able to gain increase in my personal resilience which added the key strengths to my
operations and was the key part towards my success. I was able to also recognize my weakness
as the interdepartmental competition in the organization. This has been able to develop my
operations which was able to understand the practices that were able to bring growth to my
professional growth.
