It helps in keeping the information available at the right time without any delay. It helps
organization to cut down their energy consumptions. It helps in easy access to the wide range of
resources. Cloud storage helps in increasing risk to the greater extent which leads to higher
sustainable growth and development of the business. Data storage helps in greater accessibility,
scalability, reliability. Cloud storage helps in better security with various personalized security
and backup plans to protect data to get lost.
(Kranz, Hanelt and Kolbe, 2016) sought to analyse the fact that, there various cloud
storage like google cloud storage, iDrive cloud storage, pCloud cloud storage, Mega cloud
storage, OneDrive cloud storage, Box cloud storage, NextCloud cloud storage, Google Drive,
DropBox cloud storage which helps in storing, accessing and managing data in an effective and
efficient manner. It helps in immediate data exchange and create backup for the private files.
(Gangwar, Date and Ramaswamy, 2015) argued that, cloud storage helps in effectively
evaluating the performance of the work carried out by the organization.
(Chang, Kuo and Ramachandran, 2016) investigated that, cloud computing is further
classified into various different types which mainly includes, private cloud, public cloud and
hybrid cloud. Private cloud helps in delivering the data to the internal users of the organization. It
offers data centric approach to provide information to the customers in a systematic manner
within the organization to reach higher goals and objectives.
(Arpaci, 2016) established the fact that, Pubic cloud is functioned by the third party. For
example, Microsoft Azure, Amazon web series, google cloud platform and IBM is a public
cloud. Hybrid cloud is an effective combination both private cloud and public cloud. An
organization can effectively run sensitive application and critical workloads on private cloud. On
the contrary, (Chang, 2015) sought to analyse the fact that, organization must handle workload
burst through public cloud. Hybrid cloud helps in creating automated, unified, scalable
environmental which eventually helps in maintaining critical data. Personal cloud storage also
referred to as mobile cloud storage. This helps in effectively storing the personal data of an
individual in a cloud. The individual can access to this information from anywhere. Personal
cloud storage also provide sharing capabilities and data syncing. For example, Apple's iCloud. In

addition to this, (Chou, 2015) established the fact that, cloud computing services can be further
classified into infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS) and Platform as a
service (PaaS). Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) provides services such as storage, maintenance,
security, backup, hardware, software and servers. Software as a service (SaaS) is an effective
platform for delivering the software app through internet. It helps in managing the software
application like upgrading, security, etc. Platform as a service (PaaS) helps in testing,
developing, managing and delivering software application without any complexity.
(Chang, 2015) established the fact that, integration of cloud computing into the business
has ripple effect on the operational efficiency of the organization. Cloud computing is useful for
organization as it helps in disaster recovery, security, accessibility, usability, automation, data
encryption, protection against hackers, organized, faster communication, cost savings, mobility
opportunities, simplified convenience, collaboration, easy sharing, scalable service,
synchronization, convenience, reliability.
(Opara-Martins, Sahandi and Tian, 2016) sought to analyse the fact that, Cloud
computing is useful as it increases the efficiency of the business by effectively managing all the
data and operating the task with higher operational efficiency. Cloud computing helps in creating
flexible work environment by making task automated and reducing risk of security threats and
virus outbreaks. In addition to this, (Gangwar, Date and Ramaswamy, 2015) investigated that,
Cloud computing helps in easy access to the information and veiling complexity. It also has
lower infrastructure cost which leads to higher productivity and profitability for the company. It
further helps organization in accessing to different customer groups by increasing market
adaptability. It opens wide range of opportunities for the future growth and success of the
business. It also leads to optimum utilization of the services which leads to higher operational
efficiency and productivity for the business. (Chang, Kuo and Ramachandran, 2016) argued that,
downtime is one of the major disadvantage of the cloud computing, as it is widely reliable on the
internet connection. Another issue with cloud computing is security issues which can lead to
breach of confidential data which is important for the growth of the organization. Frequent
update of the cloud computing software with relevant features is a costly affair for the business.

(Lin and et.al., 2017) sought to determine the fact that, security is referred to as
safeguarding the data and protecting information from those who can have easy access to the

data. This can be done by putting security control in place for reducing access to the information.
On the other hand, privacy means protecting the identity of the users. (Sadeghi, Wachsmann and
Waidner, 2015, June) said that, to protect the data from getting hacked an organization must use
effective devices for safeguarding the information. Guarding the social security number helps in
protecting the privacy and security. Data auditing helps in protecting important information from
breach or loss. Data risk assessment helps in effectively identifying the sensitive information.
(Kang and et.al., 2015) established the fact that, security and privacy are the two sides of
the same coin which means one cannot exist without another. Security safeguards all types of
data including electronically data. It focuses on protecting all information which an organisation
collects. It helps in implementing security protocols which eventually leads to integrity and
confidentiality of the data. On the contrary, (Crossler and Bélanger, 2017, January) sought to
analyse the fact that, privacy helps in protecting personally identifiable information. Privacy
helps in effectively protecting the personal and organizational information in an effective and
efficient manner. In addition to this, (Lin and et.al., 2017) established the fact that, It helps in
protecting personal information like address, log in credentials, saved debit and credit card
numbers, financial accounts information, names, social security numbers, saved passwords, etc.

data. (Crossler and Bélanger, 2017, January) investigated that, the key elements of data security
is integrity, confidentiality and availability which helps in smooth functioning of the information
using various cloud computing applications and software.
(Kang and et.al., 2015) established the fact that, company must have strong digital
security system, printer protection, surveillance, secure server rooms, odd- site data storage, best
network security, informed users, encryption of data, robust policy, firewall, password security,
antivirus protection, data security, scheduled backups, security breach, helps in keeping data safe
and secured.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been summarized that, Cloud computing opens avenues for
disruption as well as innovation for the business. Cloud computing is useful for organization as
