INTRODUCTION
Emergency management is the management or organization of the resources and
responsibilities for the dealing with all the humanitarian aspect of emergencies which can
include Mitigating, preparedness, recovery and response. Aim of the emergency management is
to reduce the harmful effects of all the disasters, hazards etc.
This easy will outline the current legislation for the emergency services covering the role
ad responsibilities of the NHS, police and Military. It will analysis that who has the
responsibilities on the case of JESIP. This will briefly explain the working framework of this
application . In the end of this report will asses responsibilities responding that need to be broke
into the consideration.
TASK 1
Current legislation for emergency services covering the roles of Military, police, NHS and Fire
It is important during the disasters to have proper emergency services in the countries
because most of the families. During the disasters many families leave without some and there
are many people who injured, and they need emergency medical . During this time every
emergency organizations and governmental force have their own work and their own
responsibility.
Real life example – during the earthquake situation in the UK can affect the every area of
the country where they will need their police medical services and local police and many areas
can be effect the fire, so they will need fire brigade and their whole team who have ability to
under control situation. NHS is one of the hospitality provider, and they play important role
during the emergency in United Kingdom (Bolin and Kurtz., 2018). They have to provide
medical services to the people who are affected from Earthquake. Many people who have lost
their lives and not able to identify their bodies. Employees of the NHS have to find those bodies
and send it to their relatives . . Some of them can be injury very serious so their team have to go
to the location and NHS also have to send their all ambulance, so they can take them to the
emergency rooms and provide them insistent medical treatment . Police of the United kingdom
have roles to save lives of the people in their local area and provide them emergency services
and food to the people, so they can eat and save themselves. Main responsibility of the police
will be saved their lives and provide them food which will helps them to survive after the
earthquake. During the disasters fire is normal thing so fire department of the UK should be alert

and request the areas where fire is spreading. They have to send their whole team who can find
the areas where major issue of the fire, and they have to stop the fire to spread to the other areas.
Military will have most dangerous work during the earthquake disasters because they have to go
to the areas where police force cannot go, but they have proper and special training, so they will
go with the proper protection and take out the people who are affected from the earthquake.
They will also send them to the hospitals (Daniels., 2019), so they can get proper and urgent
medical services. Every governmental sorceress and emergency forces will have different role in
the situation like this . It is important for the those governmental bodies to provide emergency
services, and they can ave life of the millions of people. Other trust who helps needy people can
provide help to give them food and areas to leave. Every department have its own work and their
own responsibilities during the emergency.
Analyses the responsibility when responding to the emergency incident based upon JESIP
This application is available on the app stores which is work during emergency to save
life and provide emergency services to the people in United Kingdom. This application have
their own strategy during the emergency . What- they make their aim and objective such as they
make proper strategy which area they have to cover and how they will achieve their objectives,
so they can help people effectively . Their goals is to save the life of the people during the
emergency and provide them food and other facilities which can help them during the emergency
time. Who BY- they send the emergency service according to the emergency cases such police
will go to the emergency area in the every situation, during the fire situation this application send
fire brigade , ambulance when people are in dangerous zone, and they need urgent medical
treatment . Mainly they send ambulance in every case and emergency (HANCOX., 2016).
Partner organization who are connected with this app also come during the emergency such as
private medical service provider. They work for this application without any cost, and they have
an agreement with the JESIP institute to come when any big emergency in the countries occur.
They all get their own role and particular areas to esquire people and save their lives during any
natural disaster. Other organization can also join with the JESIP and work with them during the
emergency. Where – this application track the location where they need to provide emergency
services their team reach to the point where people are suffering, and they end emergency helps
from them. They also provide their emergency number on the application. People who have this
app can contact them and give information. Why- this main aim is to be ready during the

emergency, and they give instruction during the emergency tie in the UK. This is because they
have good reach to the people, and they have good support from the UK government and there
are many other organization who are connected with them and supporting tea m in this work.
They will be helpful during the emergency in the UK (Oliver-Smith and Hoffman., 2019). How-
they will send all the emergency services to the place during the serious emergency in the
country. They will contact the nearby institution who are connected with them and pother esquire
teams and people who are connected with them. They will give their contribution. Till that local
team will work for after some times they will send to the top organizations like NHS etc who
will come forward to help their people because they are also connected with them and provide
help to the people, during the emergency.
Public service agency's role during the emergency on the bases of JESIP.
This application provides proper training to the public service agencies who are
connected with them. They get training to handle the situations and during the emergency they
get call from this application, and they get their location on their application. According to the
institution local public service agencies come forward for the help people. It covers all the public
service agencies who work for the public welfare and health care,. They provide necessary
services to the people and save them from the problems they are facing in the natural disaster.
Public service agencies will be nearby the incident. JESIP have done a lot to improve join
working across the country including the setting national standard for the joint working
arrangements and training thousands of staff in those arrangements. There are much more to do,
but they are well on the way to a more coherent and consistent approaches to emergency repose
across the whole if the UK.
During the emergency in the United Kingdom, all the local public service agency who are
working for the public welfare and connected with this app provide services to the location and
help people to save their lives (Parkulo And et.al., Scott Technologies Inc, 2020). This services
they do without taking money from this application because it's their own choice to work with
this application and help people during the emergency in the United kingdom. There are many
small public agencies who have every less number of eople also can connect with this
application and give their contribution during the public emergency. They have sign an
agreement with this application so when they give institution to those agencies than they have to
follow instruction of the JESIP and provide help to the people. They collect money from their

application and provide those agencies during the problem, so they can use it for the public
helps and donation is for by the many other organization who are not connected with any type of
public service. They give their contribution by donating. This financial help use for the public
welfare and this application use donated money during the emergency in the UK.
Main paining steps needs to be taken by the JESIP
During the emergency people need help, and they can have medical emergencies in those
situations JESIP plays important role to help people and this application is specially made to help
people during the emergency and there are many institutes, police, medical organization, require
team are connected with them, and they get proper training when they join this application.
There are some necessary steps are needed to take during the emergency by this application to
help-s people such as. Quick action- This application have to ind quickly areas where people are
facing problem in the emergency. After identify the areas where this independent they sho0uld
call tehlocal institutes who are nearby the emergency areas, so they can each there or the
emergency services. They can Esquires people and help them to overcome from the problem. Big
institutions- After that they should connect with the police and NHS which provides medical
services, and they are having location in whole UK. They are connected with this application, so
they can provide help to the people and give proper treatment during the disaster (Wankhade and
Patnaik., 2018). They will also send their ambulance, and they are working for the public
wherefore, so they know how to control and provide proper treatment to the infected people.
Police and military – police and military should be on quick time, so they can help people
who are suffering prom the disaster and provide them proper treatment during the emergency.
Their goals is to save the life of the people during the emergency and provide them food and
other facilities which can help them during the emergency time. Who BY- they send the
emergency service according to the emergency cases such police will go to the emergency area
in the every situation, during the fire situation this application send fire brigade , ambulance

ambulance in every case and emergency. Provide food and money- they should provide food any
money to the people who are affected from the incensed, and they are not having home to learn.
They will have to provide them food from the money they have collected from the donation from
the public, so they can take food and save their lives during the disaster (Wankhade, McCann
and Murphy., 2019). Finding – they have to find h=that how many people ar4e still suffering

from the people, and they do not get proper medical, so they can help them and provide them
services like medical services. This will help them to save their life, and they can start their life
properly again. This all steps should be taken by the JESIP and provide help to the public during
the emergency.

AS per the easy has been cover the current legislation for the emergency services
covering the role ad responsibilities of the NHS, police and Military with the real world example.
It has been analysis that who has the responsibilities on the case of JESIP. This easy has been
explained the different role which the public services agencies pay during a major incident based
the JESIP. In the need of this report has been identified and asses the main planning steps ad
their importance which need to be taken into consideration when responding to an incident
based on the JESIP.
