INTRODUCTION
Information and communication technology refers to the extended form of information
technology. This process assist in communicating with others in unified and integrated format. In
order to make this system systematic, there is use of computer system, software, middleware,
storage, etc. In this technology, there is requirement of internet connection, cell phones, wireless
network, etc. Information and communication technology is important in current market and
business growth and development (Bainbridge, 2013). In this report, there is discussion about
different web conferencing providers with their characteristics, comparison and contrast. Apart
from this there is study of skills required to conduct online investigation and challenges faced by
them.

individuals through audio and video chat, conferencing, etc. There is requirement of conference
room, huddle, training room, etc. This application was launched in 2011 to bring all the team
mates at one place to discuss some common topic. With the help of zoom individuals who have
organised zoom has full control over it. Zoom audio and video call can done through breakout
