the world by sharing knowledge, information, news, etc so that there is going to be a
development overall and around the world. The trends and businesses are changing in the market
and that is a good factor which is online as well as offline market. The report is going to consist
of positive and negative impact of online and offline market so that there is going to be proper
structure which would be present. There are changes which have come due to covid-19 and
tracking apps which have come up in the market which would also be discussed in the further
report so that the challenges can be solved from time to time so that there would be better
functioning.

Positive and negative aspects of online and offline market
Technological development has introduced online market in which products or services
can be utilized by customer through the means of internet. This is an alternative for the buyers
from the traditional offline means of buying products. Following is the comparison of online and
offline marketplace (Falode and et.al, 2016).

internet users because brand is advertised through online portals. But the other side of coin is that
physical stores are easily accessed by customers irrespective of their education quality.

aware of the crimes which are taking place there are going to be lesser crimes as well which

government is going to be responsible for the crimes which are taking place on the cyber sites
which is why there have to be right measures which have to be taken so that there are going to be
higher performance which is going to be present. Hackers in the world are increasing and that
factor has to be controlled but the government can only make rules and regulations so that the
hackers stop but they use advanced technology, but when the population is going to be aware the
people are going to make hackers fail. Passwords and usernames have to be changed from time

There is a lot of information which these devices are going to have of the patients who
are coming in contact but there is going to be a better monitoring as well. Covid-19 has to be
