The study is carried out to the larger scale development aims to examine whether the
integrated resort is proposed for development in East Coast of Singapore will result to have
positive impacts to destination as well as local community. The main emphasis of this research
paper is related to expansion of integrated resort. As tourism as well as hospitality is biggest
industry in Singapore, therefore it is required to develop IR properly to remain competitive with
other destinations such as Bangkok, Hong Kong and Malaysia. The Integrated Resort is
bringing with positive impact on economy of Singapore. In this study, integrated report in
relation to the properties coverage the travel functions of the leisure business. The tourism
industry is growing quickly with an increase of middle class pursued with higher quality of the
travel services (Benur and Bramwell, 2015, pp.221). The integrated resorts are provided
benefits to travelers resulted from offering premium travel services as well as products at single

integrated resort and most of the research work is conducted after the construction work.
Assessment of the social as well as environmental impacts is important when the project is
being proposed (McCartney, 2017, pp.145). The impacts are resulted into lifestyle changes,
living conditions, usage of the land, degradation of the ecosystem plus exploitation of the natural
resources. The academics are believed that proposal of construction of IR will threaten on the
social context of area result into resource overexploitation, losses of habitat as well as
destruction of environment. One of the key significant roles for the scholars of the tourism and
hospitality is to study different issues related to IR but not limited to the hospitality industry only.

information. Based on the data sources, it is divided into two sources such as primary as well as

seen that brand identity as well as brand image is attractive and reliable with perceived brand
image of the tourists.
