Project Management of an Integrated Resort (IR) - University

This project management assignment examines the development of an Integrated Resort (IR) in Singapore, focusing on value creation opportunities considering economic, social, and environmental factors. The study reviews existing knowledge, identifies opportunities and threats within Southeast Asia and Singapore, and analyzes the IR's role in boosting Singapore's economy and attracting tourists. It includes three case studies and proposes an IR development on Singapore's East Coast, assessing its impact on visitors and the local community. The research employs primary data collection through surveys and quantitative data analysis, including statistical methods and regression analysis, to provide recommendations for construction policies and government support to maximize benefits and financial gains. The project also explores the impact of IR development on the local community and provides insights for foreign investors. The assignment covers a literature review, research methodology, data analysis, results, recommendations, and conclusions, along with a scope for future research.
