Digital age or information age refers to that in which digital technology is most used for
internet, mobile phones, computing clouds, social networking and which is mainly about forces
and innovation. Bringing huge opportunities and chaos, improves economic, business and human
experience and their lives with digital technology. Main source of 21st century is technology
without tech. Marketing, media, social network, business and internet are useless. The businesses
is fully depends on marketing, networking and sales techniques. Current pandemic has affected
the whole marketing system. This report contain details of information and communication
technology of this modern world and how important is technology, digital marketing,
information ages and social marketing in business and etc.

Today's modern world is depend on technology current pandemic has a great impact on
business sector the economic has effected so badly that some of the countries are still recovering.
Through social media, internet network businesses are running during pandemic and
international business deals are done by different techniques and tools. Times are hard for
business sector during this covid-19 time. The most technology is used during lockdown are
zoom , Microsoft teams apps for business deals. By using this software business plans were
discussed even international meeting with clients were done. Social media was really a helpful
platform for business deals and planning a start up for new businesses is great idea to use. Zoom
app is still used by many people for their various works (Sousa and Wilks 2018).Zoom is cloud
based video conferencing application. The features of zoom are: meeting and chat, HD video,
audio collaboration & chat, rooms and workspaces, conference rooms with live video, live
webinars, easy to use, fully featured and marketplaces.
Applications of Zoom
Businesses sector mostly use apps like zooms and all for there live conference, video
chat discussing about their business marketing, scheme and sales techniques how to develop their
marketplaces during lock-down. Zoom is a web based conferencing tool, it allows user to meet
online with or without video and audio. Zoom have a option of recording there live meeting and
sessions, even they can share their screen and collaborate on projects.

Suitability of Zoom
Zoom is simple to use, set up and mange, zoom app can be download easily in desktop or
mobile phones through play store in android and app store in ios. Zoom is a direct platform to
conduct any meeting or live conference with no hidden fees witssh help of link hundreds can
join the meeting. Zoom provides easy collaboration and participant to controls. Millions of
people are using zoom app for to stay connected to their teams and international clients.
Advantages of zoom
Up to 100 of attendees can join normal zoom meeting even 500 attendees also can join
but with the additional subscription is required. The platform also supports social media
integration like zoom live on Facebook. Easy way for communication, live video and
conference. Zoom allows to share screen and record the live meeting or project.
Disadvantages of zoom
The platform only allow 100 of attendees for free subscription. The meetings have time
limit of 40 minutes. Lack of comment control like only one host is allowed, HD video is not that
standard level, Zoom meeting can be hacked.
Microsoft teams is the second most technology used by business sector for conducting
their meeting and conference and they can meet their video, Microsoft teams is a proprietary
business communication platform developed by Microsoft. The teams include unlimited chat
messages search and its free for teams versions. Microsoft teams is useful for internal business
meetings and live conference because its easy to use (AbuJbara and Worley, 2018). The features
of Microsoft teams: teams and channels, conversations with teams and channels, chat functions,
documents storage in share points , online video calling screen sharing, online meetings and
audio conferencing and its have best features like Microsoft teams integrations with third party
tools, together mode and usage reports.
Applications of Microsoft teams
The Microsoft teams supports different channels and streams which is available in app
store, teams can open tabs in both chats and channels, teams have different departments in one
app only like business department apps, project management apps, industry specific apps and
productivity apps, low code solutions and professional developer apps teams provide various
types of different apps in one application.
Suitability of Microsoft teams

Microsoft teams is the most formal choices for organization which is already using
Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft 365 office365 or O365. Microsoft services like Word,
PowerPoint, Excel or share point. Office 365 provides end-to-end security and administrative
control. Enhancing meeting capabilities like 5 or 5,0000 group of meeting MS teams can handle
both the host audio, video and web conference, teams doesn't requires third party involvement.
Advantages of Microsoft teams
The advantages of using ms teams are we can use chat window in teams to have easy
conversations with clients, better communication and collaboration, Microsoft planner apps in
teams, scheduling meeting, activity feeds, quick questions, fewer emails threads and teams is
more faster and productive.
Disadvantages of Microsoft teams
It is difficult for transition from outlook, structure of files confuse the users , limited
flexibility and challenges regarding permission setting, lack of notifications, similar tools and
unnecessary consumptions of storage.

The coronavirus has transformed the way the world does the business. No longer face to
face or in person meeting can't be conduct or host large business events because of the viral
infection (Folaron, 2006.). The pandemic as changed the business marketplaces totally
everything is done by online nowadays like companies meeting and conference through online
applications with internet connection, social media has improved the brand awareness in the
whole world. The global is left with only options of virtual events, online meetings and
conferences. Cloud storage is mode of keeping data store in computer with digital data in logical
way is called cloud, where we can keep bucket of data automagically in multiple data, it is
operated and manage by internet services.
Advantages of cloud storage
Cloud storage is an ever growing list of storage, its safe to store information and data,
cost-efficient , (McKnight, O'Malley, Ruzic, elt. 2016), easy to share data information, simple to
access, many people can use like multiple user app and its convenience, we can access are data
from any coroner of the world through internet connection.
Disadvantages of cloud storage

The disadvantages of clouds storage are it should be connected through internet to access
information of anyone's data, security issues, limited features , technical issues, user profile id
and password should secured otherwise it can easy hacked. For an additional storage of
downloading and uploading files they have to pay.
Suitability of cloud storage
Cloud storage has zero capital cost and low operation cost. It is helpful for businesses so
they can store their data, file in big size and faster prototyping development. Can easily change
the cloud infrastructure after complete its businesses deals data and update with new cloud
storage. Cloud storage is best choice for application development and testing.
Application of cloud storage

organization to keep their data, files updated and informative, vast knowledge of businesses and
sales techniques. Computer system is set of various tools that present tons of information related
to the task. They are several tools : input devices, output devices, software, software application,
system software, input devices, output devices, CPU and RAM, storage devices and
telecommunication devices.

Computing helps develop to be connected to the internet, increasing the level of
productivity, understanding the data and files in better way, computers give updated information,
large amount of informations, improving knowledge, spell checker or autocorrect options which
are very fast and its has different functions like storage functions, (Napal, Mendióroz-Lacambra
and Penalva 2020). input and output functions and process functions, displaying data and storing
data.
Disadvantages of computing

The disadvantages of computing are over sitting in one particular place, multitasking, eye
strain, depression, reducing creativity, less security, loss of privacy, troll, abuse, stalking, less
communication misuse of data and information Increasing plastic waste and consequence on
environment and over use of social network .
Suitability of computing
Computing is the fast using device in the whole world because its more faster than human
and can store large amount of data with right information. Access of multimedia easy can handle
business information, flexibility, scalability, communication technologies, access to latest
technologies, files, data and can plan the strategies of businesses with proper diagram and
graphs.
Applications of computing
The application of computers are computers are used in offices, home and different
purpose like using for watching movies, playing games, social media, business planning,
collecting data, downloading files and many more.(Orlando and Attard, 2016), Computing have
different application desktop application (windows application), web applications, web services
and embedded systems.

The biggest threat and challenges for businesses or organisation is cyber risk, hacking,
leaking of private information of their sales techniques, clients, planning and less market
demand. The challenges nowadays faced by an organization are overwork load and less
employees, pressure from higher authority, political issues or government approval for any
business project, finding customer, hiring employees, promoting brand awareness, managing the
company and its reputation, employees health, financial issues of company, managing employees
salary, customer services, money management, increasing profit of the business, managing
customers demand, analysing the business process and updating to latest technology(Becker and
Eube 2018). Computer developing technology and updated software and hardware. Data of a
business should be private and secured. It is better for a business to have safe and private data,
files and information of the their organisation planning, strategy and clients privacy. How a
business sector can tackle and secure their company information and data they can use variety of
services which are available in internet to protect and secure their company information, data,

files, techniques, planning and strategies which they can use. There are various apps which can
give 100% of security and privacy to safeguard their some of them apps costs for cybersecurity
service, data security service, endpoint security services, application security services and email
security service, but its better for an repudiated company to update and protect their data and
information of their business. Business has to be managed properly with plans and strategies.
(Fleaca and Stanciu, 2019). The most common strategy to reduce challenges of an organisation
by understanding companies struggles and problems, taking support, promotion of employees,
tracking the progress of the company, less leadership quality, timely updates of the market sale
and price like keeping a track of marketplaces. Designing new strategies for the organisation,
applying different methods and techniques to recreate the models, measures, analysis, improving
the business automatically, balancing growth and quality, building market teams, employees
mental health at the workplace, competition in the marketplace, preference of the customer,
focusing on the client taste, declining in the economic and business faces internal and external
threats in the international marketplaces. Business requires better planning and implementation
of strategies efficiently. Business plans depends on the scale of business and the type of
ownership it has, the economic and legal factors affect the working of the business. The business
has to follow all the rules and regulations of the government in order to succeed and for
organisations safety. The coronavirus has put deep impact on the whole world and they way
businesses are working is totally different during pandemic and business has to still work in the
international market, some of the business policies has been changed because of the Covid-19
marketing are facing a lot of ups and down because of less demand in the market, clients needs
have been changed like more demand, overwork and less money. The Economic is in poor
condition because of the global pandemic some of the business are being shut down because of
less work and zero clients no other options to earn money for the business.
CONCLUSION
The pandemic has changed businesses sector and has effected some of the organization
are still facing ups and downs and falling down of economic, The digital technology has bring
great impact in the world during lock-down all business running through social networking and
even international meeting and conference are done online. Some of the apps were very helpful
during this pandemic for conducting online meeting and live video chats like zooms and
Microsoft teams are the most useful apps for business meetings. This report contain the features,

application, suitability, advantages and disadvantages of this apps and use in business sector ,
and how can cloud storage and computing useful for organization for planning and storing their
personal details of their business planning, strategy and sales techniques. Challenges and threats
businesses facing and how they can tackle and protect their private information within the
company and using latest technology keeping them updated in the marketplace and promoting
the organisation.
