Artificial intelligence has a great importance in healthcare field. This helps in developing better
diagnostic tools that has the ability to detect disease at early stage and also provides better cure.
Artificial intelligence has gained a huge importance in automotive industry and offers a better
evolution towards self driving vehicles. In addition to this AI has achieved a huge importance in
financial institutions. This helps in performing ecommerce machines effectively. It is important
to ensure that organization has implemented proper measures for increasing the productivity
within the organization. According to the newspaper article Theaustralian.com.au.,(2019),
published by Australian business, they have explained the reason behind implementing artificial
intelligence. The reason behind implementing artificial intelligence despite of effects on job is
that it increases the efficiency within the organization. As per the newspaper articles there are
several organizations that aim at implementing artificial intelligence so that they can enhance
their productivity and can achieve their goals within time. Maximum of organization has
implemented artificial intelligence within the organization for removing the automated process
that existed earlier in the system (Russell, et al. 2015). However according to the research there
are several organization that are facing it difficult to implement AI within their organization
because of security and privacy issues. This reduces the potential impact of AI on organization.
This has also lead to data breaching in which there is a high chance of effecting the information
stored within organization. Thus it becomes important to ensure that proper data is being used
and accessed within the organization. Artificial intelligence are classified into a number of ways

expert systems so that it can exhibit intelligent behavior, explain and advices better way for
users. In addition to this artificial intelligence will include proper machine learning within the
organization. The main philosophy used behind AI is that the machine will start behaving like
humans and will think accordingly. With the implementation of artificial intelligence it is
observed that the ability of machines to interpret external data gets increased and also helps the
organization to meet their goal along with flexible processes.
Over years it is observed that artificial intelligence has achieved a huge success and has
got major implications in maximum industries. This is providing the organization with maximum
benefits and ways to achieve their goals. With the huge success of artificial intelligence there are
several issues that are faced at time of implementation. The major issues that are faced with this
technology are related to security and privacy. As per the article and survey made it is observed
that maximum organization has developed their plans for providing a better way of managing the
team. However with the demand of artificial intelligence in market there is a need of
professionals so that they can understand proper working of AI. There is a huge demand of
Artificial intelligence researcher who will provide proper guidance towards the organization so
that they can implement it without maximum risks. The lack of artificial intelligence researcher
has lead to major risks as it becomes difficult to analyze security. According to the author Raza,

also ensure a better way of managing the work.

that the profit margin of organization increases with the increase of collaboration of machines
and humans. The intelligence of human and machine forms a better combination so that it can
ensure a better working and will also improve a better way of decision making.
The major challenges that are faced with integration of artificial intelligence in business
is that there is a huge problem faced at the time of decision making, there is a gap in skills of
employees handling AI and the legacy infrastructure. Apart from this one of the major concern is
related to budget and lack of professional staffs. After analyzing the resources consumed and
time taken by artificial intelligence it is observed that huge amount of budget is spent over
managing the assets of artificial intelligence. This becomes difficult for small business to
implement artificial intelligence due to huge cost. Moreover the artificial intelligence has faced
issues regarding technical factors and also has issues regarding to storage of data. Storing data of
organization becomes difficult and this leads to expensive technologies. According to the article
there is a huge need of proper solution that will provide better computational speeds with high
speed processors (Lu & Burton, 2017). There are several challenges faced with the
implementation of AI that are related to legal concerns. The major security issues that are related
to artificial intelligence is the security provided to the data. Thus there remains a high chance of
data getting breached for organization.
However there are several applications of artificial intelligence that helps organization in
different ways. Artificial intelligence has also achieved a huge importance in intelligent

manufacturing. In addition to this there are several models proposed by artificial intelligence that
ensures better production for organization (Ali et al. 2015). The main question that arises in this
situation is how to develop a computer system that it provides maximum benefits towards the

with artificial intelligence are huge in number, this includes reducing the chances of errors and
providing a better possibility and precision towards the organization. Intelligent robots are

and there are no such replicating humans. This will also replace the need of humans and will

recognition (Ghahramani, 2015). Thus from the above description and analysis of artificial
intelligence it can be stated that artificial intelligence posses the ability to improve organizations
function. Along with the benefits obtained with AI there are high chances of data breaching.
Thus it can be stated that AI has both positive and negative impacts that are needed to be
addressed properly before implementing it within the organization. Apart from this there are
several applications associated with the AI that helps in gaining competitive advantage among
rivalry groups. However it is suggested to have a better control over artificial intelligence so that

organization should include proper training that will teach the employees about AI so that they
can use the technology for their benefit too. Thus it can be concluded that AI will provide a
better interaction between human and artificial intelligence (Khokhar et al., 2015). Artificial
intelligence will thus provide a better opportunity for employees within the organization and will
also enhance the skills of employees. The goals related to Artificial intelligence research include
proper reasoning of the information, representing the knowledge effectively, planning, and
natural language processing. This also includes proper ability to manipulate the objects so that it
can be accessed for long term goals.
