Company is aiming to enhance its productivity and for that news department is planning to
implement mobile application (Xu and et.al, 2014). This mobile application can sup[port in
making effective communication with staff members and making them understand with their
responsibilities. Effective coordination is the first priority for new channels, they have to
circulate current news to population so it is essential that for cited firm that to improve its
interaction with its employees so that Sky News can broadcast the latest news on its channel.
Sky News discover facts and circulate these information. It is essential for authorities that
to remove communication gap so that workflow can be improved. The main purpose of
introducing this mobile application project for minimizing communication gap and improving
the workflow so that main objective of entity can be accomplished (Van Damme and et.al, 2015).
The major issue faced by reporters that they were unable to upload news on time, if they have
support of mobile application then they can be able to upload current news on their new channel.

news channels have broadcast the news then company has highlighted this issue on its channel. It
has affected its brand image to great extent and customers have make their perception that this
news channels do not provide the latest information to audience.

On other hand Sky News channel is facing the issue that reporters are unable to upload
information on time. It is not possible to carry all the equipments with them all the time. It they
capture any news and if they do not have internet and computer then they can not send this news
on time (Chan-Olmsted, Rim and Zerba, 2013). Due to absence of technology, software they can
not send it on time. This causes difficulty for the organization and company fails to meet its
objective. Apart from this, employees, reports of Sky News channel have to send captured video
through specific software so that resolution of that video can not get affected. By this way it may
be not clearly visible on TV screen. This was the biggest problem which Sky News channels was
trying to resolve. For addressing this issue cited firm is planning to introduce mobile application
