SECTION 1
INTRODUCTION
Academic integrity is the approach by which development of a person takes place, it is
essential for a person or student to consider academic integrity that is essential for individual
growth. The institutions in the area of education that they have to develop academic integrity for
discipline in personal life and professional life (Bretag, 2018). The students should also follow
the rules and regulations of institutions in order to get competency edge. In this project there is a
brief explanation about the importance of academic integrity in academic life. This report also
contains a brief explanation of development of a game which I developed in my project. The
game was related to PLAGRISM CATCHER and it went good experience in increasing skill of
myself. Most of the times students learn practical skills according to respected NATIONAL
CURRICULUM.
IMPORTANCE OF ACADEMIC INTEGRITY IN HIGHER EDUCATION
Academic integrity is important in the higher education as various students in the
competitive world. The academic integrity is important in the higher education and a student
must follow academic skills in order to develop a perfect strategy. The higher education is the
best way to develop a critical approach in competency edge. There are various academic
institutions plan to teach the dimensions of academic integrity in the classes for development of
effective strategy (Chankova, 2021). Academic integrity is the best practice of development in
academics which is helpful in development of mental strength. The main importance is explained
with the help of following points:
Discipline- The practice of academic discipline is necessary outcome of maintaining
academic integrity in academic life. Discipline is the most essential element which is
helpful in development of calmness and patience in the student. In the recent times
discipline is important part of the personality which is important for career success.
Conduct- The conduct of a student in academic life should be formal in order to develop
a positive attitude in the students. Most of the times discipline is considered as the main
approach which is beneficial for ethics.
Attraction towards education- There is a basic development in the mind of a child
which can facilitate development (Ellis, and et.al., 2020). The development is a basic

approach which is beneficial in establishing effective research at the marketplace. It is
essential for a student to establish and develop academic skills. Academic student should
learn ethics which are essential for development of a student.
IMPLICATIONS OF ACADEMIC MISCONDUCT
Misconduct is an approach which is inappropriate for the student as well as for the
institution to grow in lifespan. It is not recommended for a student to develop misconduct in the
environment of education for development of personality. In the academic life it is important for
a student for to develop discipline and not make any misconduct in the life in order to get
immense success in the life (MacLeod, 2020). The main implications of academic misconduct
are mentioned below:
Ruins career opportunities- In the academic life it is important for a student to study
and implement academic discipline as misconduct develops loss in major opportunities. It
is important for a person to develop career opportunity for the gain of an individual to
develop career milestones.
False impression- There is a negative impression which is created due to academic
misconduct in academics. The social and live impression of the student goes wrong with
the false impression of the student to get motivation in personal life. Academic
misconduct is generally considered as false practice which is responsible for the interest
of the individual.
Punishment- Students get punishment because of of the academic misconduct which is
false for them. The development of an individual should develop practice of false practice
of academic misconduct. It is essential for the student to learn from the past and develop
academic conduct in order to avoid punishment in the academic life. Most of the times
the institutions should consider to implement best practices which are essential for
avoiding punishments.
Bad for parents- The parents are badly affected by academic misconduct as they have
various expectations from their child. In the academic life students should develop a
perfect approach which is beneficial for the parents. It is not essential for the parents to
force their children for education (Raje, 2020) The parents spend money in a limited
quantity according the performance of their children. Most of the students in institutional
life should consult their parents and teachers to develop career opportunities.

THE STEPS WHICH ARE TAKEN AND DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED IN
DEVELOPMENT OF A GAME
In the project which was given to us, there were instructions given to us by the teachers to
develop a plagiarism related game. In the project work which was given to us it is essential for
the students to develop game in the specific span of time. We developed a team for the
development of a game in the recent times. Our team faced various challenges meanwhile going
through the whole project. Students must focus on rules and regulations and necessary ethical
practices which are essential for development of the individual. The various steps which are
taken by our team were mainly beneficial in the development of the project. Our main challenge
was to complete the project on time. I also linked the students and seniors for gaining effective
approach in completion of the whole project. The academic life according to me is a best
experience for the students and students should learn well from various things. In preparation of
game coordination was our main challenge which helped me in development of an effective
team. There are various students in academic life that are interested in development of the
individual which play a remarkable role. Most of the times we faced in development in
information and technology and also selected a typical approach which is beneficial for
development of the student. The students in their academic life should develop effective
coordination between them for development of whole project. Discipline was also a key factor
which was actually a problem for us in the beginning. In the development of personality of a
student it is generally important to have several skills (Ransome, 2018). The main challenge for
students is to gain growth in a systematic manner which is important for individual growth.
There are many effective strategies which was implemented by us for the survival of our team. In
the academic life it is important for a person to have academic integrity for development of the
whole personality. In the recent times it is important for the whole team to learn from experience
and develop effective team development. Another challenge which was faced by us was related
to maintain effectiveness in the project. For the rectification of the project it is essential for a
student to develop a perfect strategy which is also beneficial in the development of the team
behaviour. The major opportunities which were provided to us were complicated and it was
essential for us to develop a perfect strategy for which the team can take assistance of the
seniors. The main challenge of my findings was related to development of the project and it was

essential for us to develop complicated issues. It was essential for us to develop and choose best
leadership practices for effective development of the individual. The business organisations in
the marketplace should realise the importance of development and develop effective strategy. It
is the main responsibility of a person to chose democratic leadership skills for the advancement
and career growth (Robinson, 2017). Our team also faced a problem in the mentality and morale
which is effective in development of the whole personality. The academic integrity is the major
responsibility of an organisation and it is essential for a person to develop effectiveness in the
work. It is major responsibility of the person to maintain effective time table in the process of
project preparation to develop professionalism.
SKILL I HAVE LEARNED IN THIS ACADEMIC YEAR AND USED DURING
PRODUCTION OF MY GAME
It is important for a person to learn different skills which are effective in establishing a
learning environment in the academic life. The main responsibility of a student is to learn from
the experience about dynamic environment of the academics. In an institution it is compulsory
for a student to learn practical skills which are essential for the overall development of students.
During the production of game I developed my communication skills which were effective for
me in the recent times (Sheard, and et.al., 2018). The communication skills are major
requirement in the academic life and I mainly developed communication skills in preparation of
the project. I also developed my coordination skills which were important for me in the personal
and professional life. In my academic life I learned the following skills:
Problem solving skills- In my academic life I learnt problem solving skills in order to
solve various problems that are connected to academics. The problem solving skills are
important part of life and they also help a person to solve different problems. It is the
ethical responsibility of a person to develop career related skills in order to develop a
right approach.
Leadership skills- In the academic life it is important for a person to develop appropriate
skills which are essential in managing the whole team (Sotiriadou, and et.al., 2017) . I
leant various leadership skills with the help of senior team members. A student should
take assistance of professors and seniors to establish effective skills.
Time management skills- According to me time management skills are important for a
person to develop an effective time table. Many students in the academics should learn

time management skills in order to effectively develop a main routine. In most of the
cases the time management skills are important in order to effectively manage the time.
Skills learned during the production of game:
Coordination skills- It is essential for a student to learn coordination skills in order to
develop the coordination between team members. The person should mainly develop
coordination skills and communication skills.
Logical skills- I also learnt logical skills which are essential for the development of the
personality. In recent times the logical skills are important in development of personality
and they are also important for individual growth.
Task completion skills- I developed task completion skills with the development of
various skills (Tatum, 2017). In my completion of the task various skills that are taught
by teachers there was an effective approach in learning and development.
Development skills- The development skills of an individual are also important in
academic life so I learnt various development skills.

CONCLUSION
From the above stated report it can be concluded that in the academic and professional
life it is important for an institution to develop integrity. It is concluded that it is important for a
student to develop academic skills in the student for development of the individual in real life.
The professional life is facilitated with the help of academic integrity in ordinary life and it is
important for a student to develop effective skill. This report concludes that it is essential for a
student to take assistance and support of teachers and seniors. This project concludes that it is
essential for an institution to develop effective role and responsibility of teachers for the
implementation of academic integrity in the institution.
