Secondary research summarizes existing work, while primary research assesses employee satisfaction with current strategies. Data is evaluated using questionnaires. Findings emphasize the importance of talent management for organizational efficiency. Limitations include inadequate resources, staff engagement, communication, and excessive budget. The performance review reflects on project outcomes, usefulness, and lessons learned from the project management and research processes.
