INTRODUCTION
Career pathway can be characterized as a potential component in a person's academic and
career related prospectus that drives professional growth of an individual. In regards to
academic, personal skills and employability skills development provide a solid foundation for
career paths in order to facilitate assistance to the students known for its impeccable services.

Design and Management. The Art – Specialism area chosen for the given project is Interior
Design. The career pathway of this project is a hospitality firm as I chose this because this
industry has better growth opportunity and has huge growth in recent times and the art
specialism area is interior Designing. Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel is a five start hotel located in
London as well as it provides hospitality services to people. I developed this idea as Interior
designing is main factor is recent times which attract the large number of customers. It is related
to the internal design, colour theme, decoration, art work, room design, painting, decorative item
like flowers, sculptures and many more. People are attracted towards unique décor in order to
have great experience and it helps to remember a place which has good décor to visit again.

As per the research, it is found that Nicola Harding is one of interior designers in UK that
is popular for winning Pineapple Aware for Hotel Design. The designer is focused on people as
well as their experience of space. Nicola believes that process of project is as essential and
significant as finished result. Nicola take job of listening, understanding along with looking to
each of its clients seriously addition to see their practical needs as being bit as essential as
