accessed the data accuracy by reviewing the internal controls, selecting the traced
information for supporting the records from the source of Fedlmage system as well as
conducting interview with the knowledgeable personnel of Postal Service. Hence, with the
help of this, they determined that the data were reliable sufficiently with the report purposes
