environment helps modern tourism as well as hospitality manager in order to determine the
strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats of the company. This analysis supports the
managers in making the right strategies in order to convert the weakness of the company and
making them the strength (Williams, 2019). In addition to this, the understanding of the internal
environment is necessary in order to adopt the strategies to gain the opportunities as well as
reducing the threats. Understanding of internal environment is essential for the company’s
success because it contributes to the operations that make the manager to deliver the delight
services in tourism and hospitality. The managers bring the improvement in the quality services
that lead to the customer’s satisfaction that is the major motive behind the existence of company,
which is possible by understanding the internal environment of organisation (Camisón and Forés,
2015).

and capabilities is required for financial returns. The financial planning or budget preparation is
based on the internal factors because it includes the major assets (tangible, intangible, or human
resources) as well as the liabilities (which include their obligations). This information will helps
the manager to generate more resources in order to work effectively which is possible because of
understanding of internal environment that is required attribute of a modern tourism and
