METHODOLGY
It is defined as the procedure of collecting data by using research techniques, instruments
and many more. The main motive of research methodology is to give valid as well as reliable
information about research topic. There are various forms of research methodologies which will
discuss below:
Research philosophy: Positivism and Interpretivisim are two forms of philosophies
which assist in data collection & data analysis as well. In the present investigation, positivism
type of research philosophy is useful as it assist in gathering, analysing as well as using
quantitative data. The main reason for choosing such research philosophy is it does not consume
high time and also give valid results if compared to interpretivisim philosophy.
Research Approach: Deductive and t form of approaches will be used to analyse
information about particular topic. For the investigation, deductive approach will be adopt as it
facilitate in assessing quantitative information that does involve or consume high time.

Research Choice: Quantitative and Qualitative are two main types of research choice. As
per the present research, qualitative research is consider as more valuable as it help in collecting
numerical data within short span of time (Gandhi, 2017).
Data collection: There are mainly two forms of data collection method that is primary as
well as secondary. In order to collect primary data, questionnaire will be developed by researcher
as it help in gaining valid results and did not need maximum time as well. For collecting
secondary information, articles. Books, magazines, Journal papers and so on sources will be used
for literature review.
Sampling: The two important types of sampling techniques are Probability and non-
probability. For choosing the appropriate sampling for current investigation, probability
sampling will be useful which help in choosing large sample size in less time period. 30
employees of Tower suite by Blue Orchid will be chosen randomly.
Research ethics: There are different research ethics principle which should be apply by
investigator in present study (Kokodey, Gnezdova and Lomachenko, 2018). These are
confidentiality, informed consent, anonymity and avoid deceptive practices. With the help of
such research ethics, investigator can complete whole activities of research in an ethical and
proper manner.
Data analysis: For analysing the quantitative information gathered from questionnaire,
frequency distribution analysis will be used as an analytical technique. It will assist researcher in
analysing information in a systematic and timely manner. In addition to this, MS-Excel will also
be using by researcher for making graphs as per the research question. It facilitate investigator in
showcasing information in graphical as well as proper manner.
