Internal Factors
In a hospitality management system there are procedures which need to be followed
by the company so that they can eliminate the risk that might arise in the process and they
are:
Monitoring the risk that have arisen in the company so that they can find out the
way to eliminate the risk in the process, which will help them to provide better
service to the customers as in a hospitality industry the main focus is on service.
Controlling the operation in an effective way possible so that the risk do not
increase. If the risk increase in the company, then they will not be in a position to
eliminate it from the system (Ogunyebi, Swar & Aghili, 2018).
Decision support system and communicating with the staff, which will enable the
company to take decisions regarding the steps that the company in the hospitality
industry is going to face, so that they can eliminate it in less possible time and
help them expand in the marketplace or industry.
The risk might arise in the hospitality industry due to some of the reason and they are:
Hiring the wrong candidate for the job, which is main reason for the creation of
the risk in the company who are operating in the hospitality industry.
The employees are not train properly to communicate as well as provide better
quality service to the customers is also a reason for the rise of the risk in a
hospitality company (Büschgens, Bausch & Balkin, 2013).

The quality of the food prepare by the chief matters in a hospitality industry as
