surely effect the relationship between the firms and organisation around the world. It can be
identified that Entrepreneurship will be considered as one of the major future trends as
innovation is emerging in the market environment of retail industry and individuals are now

workforce. Retail industry will redefine its operations in the coming future and will be
dominating the market environment. There will be changes in the working habits of the
organisations and the work structure will be more flexible that before. In the coming years, the
employee safety will be considered as one of the major norms in the retail industry and
organisation will focus on promoting the health and safety of employees by following all the
