1.0 Introduction
This research proposal will discuss the pattern in the recent international businesses among the
major countries in the world. In the modern world where businesses have become very crucial to
expand in different countries, this research makes a lot of sense. This section consists of a
background of the study, research rationale, research aim and relevant and proper research
objectives based on which the whole research proposal will be structured. In the background of
the research, the recent trends and patterns of international businesses will be discussed. The
pattern of the business is also related to several future challenges. Trends in international
business have been changing since the period of globalization. The research rationale section will
provide the importance of choosing this particular for the research purpose. It will also give the
significance of international business. In the next part of the research aim section, the primary
motive for conducting this research will be discussed. Concerning the research aim, the research
objectives will be formed. These objectives will help to formulate the research. Overall this
section will give the structure of the whole research proposal. In this section, the purpose of the
research will be evaluated by analyzing the critical areas of international business by maintaining
the pace of the recent trend and patterns.
1.1 Background of the study
Some various methods and areas have been adapted in the recent trends of international business.
As the nature of the business changes quickly, an adaptation of the recent trends has been
helping the business and the development of the business. Some critical aspects of adapting and
following the recent trends in the international business by the major countries are like
"environment-friendly technologies'', the emergence of the "artificial intelligence", 5G
adaptation, "data privacy and protection", etc. (Jermsittiparsert et al., 2019). there has been
growing concern regarding environmental sources all over the world. For this reason, the
countries have pledged to devote themselves to the usage of environment-friendly technologies.
To follow this recent trend a slogan named "going green" has been followed by some countries.
Another growing need is the usefulness of artificial intelligence. This has been the most crucial
aspect of international business. According to a survey, it has been found out that nearly eighty
per cent of the “chief information officers” at the United States companies have planned to

increase the usage and implementation of machine learning as well as the “artificial intelligence”
from the year 2020 (Husghes et al 2020). At the same time, the IDC has predicted that
approximately seventy per cent of the companies in the United States have planned to emerge
from automation with the help of massive implementation of the technology.
On the other hand, ye mobile technology has been no exception in the development of
international business. No companies in the world want to get deprived of grabbing this
opportunity (Lim et al., 2019). Ericsson has suggested in their report that nearly thirty-five per
cent of the total "global network" has been carried out by the implementation of a 5G network.
Therefore, the use of recent trends in business development has been of great help for bringing
out the improvements in the companies and strengthening the international relationships.
1.2 Research rationale
In this section, the primary motive for selecting the topic will be analyzed. The importance of
following the recent trends in international business will be evaluated in the research. By
adapting the recent trends in the global business, the global business environment has been
exploring, but the business environment also faces several challenges. One of the significant
aspects of international business is the emergence of the technology-driven environment. The
trends in international business depend on certain major factors (Lamba and Singh, 2017). These
factors change the emerging markets, shift in the demographics and population growth pattern,
innovation speed, change in the buyers' perspectives, business competition in the global market,
economic growth and political relationship. All these factors have determined the trends and
patterns in global business. The rate of increased business competition is also very crucial to be
considered in this aspect. Though these factors will depict the change in the business
environment and trends, there are also critical challenges faced by the international organization.
These challenges consist of several business environments such as economic environment
(Moravcikova et al., 2019), political environment, cultural environment and competitive
environment. Each of these environments has played a unique role in determining the nature of
the global business. In this research, these challenges faced under the above-discussed
environments will be examined.

1.3 Research aim
The main aim of conducting the research is to determine the different aspects of the recent trends
and patterns of international business. These recent patterns have been helping the global
business environment in such a way that it also flourished the global competitiveness. But there
are also several challenges associated with implementing these business trends and patterns (Voß
et al., 2017). The research will also evaluate those challenges concerning global The objectives
will give a better idea in this regard.
1.4 Research objective
To find out the recent trends in the international business environment.
To analyze the several challenges faced in the global business market.
To evaluate the change in the pattern of the international business environment.
To examine the solutions in operation for conducting and managing the global business
relationship in terms of politics, environment and culture.
2.0 Literature review
Research of this magnitude needs to be started in a very satisfying manner. To start the research
in a proper way, the importance of research papers of the previous researchers can not be ignored
(Afrin et al., 2019). Analyzing those articles, the current Researcher can gather a lot of data and
information about his or her research. It also allows the Researcher to beware of the probable
mistakes he or she might make while conducting the research. Many details about the research
go unnoticed until the research starts to do research. But reviewing the literature of the previous
researchers, he or she can get it past (Afrin et al., 2019a). After reviewing multiple articles, new
ideas can be collected that give the researchers solid research progression ideas.
According to Tseng (2019), the companies doing international business have to keep many
things in their minds. It is not easy for them to start a new business in a completely new country
in a completely different scenario. But it becomes their challenge to build their business there
and succeed. Many companies have tried to go global but failed. Only the companies who were
adamant for success have survived (Tseng et al. 2019). Many companies made their business in
foreign countries as big as the original country. For example, despite being an American

company, Apple Inc. has a large firm in China where they manufacture products and sell them to
many adjacent countries (Khan et al., 2017). This way, they have reduced the transportation cost of
their products and raw parts of the Products for the South Asian consumers. They also reduce
some parts of their devices by building a production centre and assembling centre in China. For
instance, they buy chips for their iPhones from Taiwanese semiconductor manufacturing
company Ltd or TSMC, a Taiwanese company. Also, they buy protective covers for their
iPhone's display from a Chinese company called Corning. They manufacture many products in
their China store and distribute to all over Asia and Australia from there. Therefore, it is seen
that if a company can use their global business innovatively and adequately, then not only it can
give them extra customers but also opens a lot of opportunities for their business.
According to (Raza et al. 2017), the recent trends in business is to use modern-day technology as
neatly as they can. With the invention of IoT and IoT based devices, businesses can go hard at
the boundary of their limit. Businesses nowadays give a lot of importance to the data they
generate every day. Not every data they generate is necessary, and also there is no need to store
those data. To keep the data clutter-free, they use technology (Raza et al. 2017). With the recent
arrival of cloud-based storage, they can store a plethora of data without much hesitation and
complexity. This is another example of how the world can accept the good sides of technology.
Talking about the wrong side of technology, the hackers push malware in the system of the
companies and change the password of essential files. In order to retrieve the files, the company
needs to pay a hefty amount. But again, using the good side of the technology, the companies can
protect their data with multiple levels of security measures. The good always beat the bad, and
that is even true for the case of technology as well.

Keeping an eye of what are the things that people are using is very crucial. If brands provide new

even fight against them. He believes that accepting the latest trend and providing benefits and
