INTRODUCTION
An International communication is also known as global communication. Its is a practice
of communication that happen across the boundaries of domestic country (Wild, Wild and Han,
2014). The need and demand for this communication was occur due to enhancing the impacts
and determinants of globalisation. From enhancing the globalized market, related with the scope
of the business to business, government to government, people to people communication at a
international level. In this report mentions about the evaluation and significance of the different
skills in relation to networking. In this report there are some international communication
theories are mentions and also determine the aspects of British people should aware in context to
increase their effectiveness in regards to business.

Business culture consists behaviour, Norms, values, beliefs and the behaviour of a person
that analyse how the staff members and management of a business firm deal with their customers
outside the all business related transactions. It is a main element in business and has a big affect
on strategic business direction. I want to start my business in United Kingdom, but I have not
huge knowledge about the international business and also the culture. The business culture of
British Country is different from my country. So, before conducing or starting business in that
country, it is necessary to me to know about the business culture, etiquettes. With the help of
these I can successfully do my business. In the business culture, I want to know about the
languages, dress code, code of conduct, rules, values, norms, behaviour of that country. Culture
of every country or every organisation is different from each other. The culture of my country is
different from the United Kingdom country. So, it is my own responsibility of know about that. I
will have to make some social contact with the local community as well as business firm. It will
be beneficial for my business. It is necessary to know about the difference in culture. There are
some culture differences among my country and United Kingdom country:

business firm will be good. Before going any country for the purpose of business as well as
travelling, then in this case, it is necessary to know about that country or nation beliefs and
culture. It is my responsibility to also know about the rules, beliefs of that society. Government
plays an important role in business. It formulates policies and strategies under which company
has to work. It is my responsibility to know about the policies and strategies of that country.

are from different culture. To understand the new culture, it is necessary for a person to do some
efforts. If in case, staff members of an organisation are working in a team from different culture,
then it is the responsibility of a team leader to aware them about the culture of an organisational
and it is also the responsibility of team members to interact with each other for know about the
culture of other people and understand them and their feelings. Like for an instance if employees
are working in a business firm, then in this case it is necessary that they should know about the
etiquettes of business and the time of meeting employees should make the proper eye contact
with clients or other employees and behave like a professional.

Effective communication is an essential element when performing task and project with
distinct number of people. It is a duty of manager to maintain adequate communication process
with all employees and associates which are working at workplace so that sharing of ideas and
views become easy. In a team, diverse needs and culture people work together and thus they
have to maintain a proper communication with each other (Chavan, 2011). Hence, by making a
friendly behaviour all of them become able to share their opinion without any hesitation.

different culture and aspects as well as they have different communication style. Hence, in
international business, communication plays an effective role which is beneficial for the whole
