A. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
International business is that aspect by which company operates it business activities and
functions in the global market. It comprises all commercial transactions that take place between
two or more regions, countries and nationals beyond their national boundaries. While any
company, institute deal in the international business then they have to follow all rules, regulation,
code of conduct of that particular nation (Clark and et.al., 2016.). In the following assignment
two kinds of case introduced first is that under which recruiting student from India university
that are international institute for population science and Mumbai university. In the context of
second case, two UK companies that are Tesco Plc and British petroleum send their employees
to the University for further studies. In the present report, management issue within the
companies and their background information has been addressed. In addition to this various
theories, concept and techniques about to analyse the international business environment has
been also studied. In order to collect the information from the survey and interview method has
been applied in this report. With help of interview, researcher can collect the information from
employees who are being send in the university for further studies (Cavusgil and Knight, 2015).
On the other hand survey is being conduct for collecting the data from student who are sent to
the UK university.
