Researcher Mayer, (2017) produced an investigation about international business and
also provided their opinions on the globalization. The major objective of this research
study is to evaluate the essential thought of international business in the area of
globalization. According to the author, there are several aspects of the globalization
process, for example, communication process, transportation technique, notably
government and public. The investigator also added an argument in their research that
is the domains cheap refer to the combination of the incessant technical advance which
swipes in the organization rules in order to ensure the wave of the globalization
process. There are numbers of researchers provided their views on this topic but they
did not provide the significance of the international business in the sector of
globalization. This literature review avoids the researcher gapes and provides in-depth
analysis about globalization and international business. The researcher also analyses
the characteristics of the globalization process and importance of the global business in
the era of globalization process. The major aim of this literature review is to discuss the
procedure of global commercial and the idea of globalization. As per this study, term
globalization has been pouring the global occupational program in the previous few
years. It is a kind of procedure that clues to good interdependence or connects the
financial and communal components with each other in the entire world.
Bremmer, (2014) evaluated that the anti-globalization process is obvious in the steady
that increase the defensive measures with the help of international government. The
main similarity between the Meyer, (2017) and Bremer, (2014) is that both used the
secondary research method and collected relevant data from literature review, journal
papers and previous investigation about globalization. The main difference between
these studies is that Meyer, (2017) provided the importance of the international
business in the globalization process but Bremer, (2014) provided theoretical
information about international business and globalization. Investigator also concluded
that the process of globalization is just like a pendulum which is defined as the
inevitable trend determined by the technological procedure. According to the Clark and
Knowles, (2008) term, anti-globalization has achieved a huge degree of addition as
compare to previous technical and collaborative novelties.

Autor, Dorn, & Hanson, (2013) discussed that the import rivalry system completely
donated to the industrial employees and staffs in the U.S. research scholar also
conducted a literature review in order to gather the views of individuals and employees
about globalization. It is suggested and argued that the international business recalls
the possibility of globalization process in order to produce a better partnership with
stakeholders and participating in society. In their investigation the researcher only
provided the theoretical data and information about international business and aspects
of globalization. Moreover, the investigator also explained the potential influence of the
globalization in the workplace and the advantages of the globalization. But they did not
provide any information about limitation and drawbacks of the globalization. This
paper produces a significant impact in the sector anti-globalization since the author
emphases on the globalization process.
