3 Project Definition
3.1 Background
The project focuses on international expansion of food and drink delivery business
in a restaurant of UK. The restaurant utilizes telephonic ordering system and they do not
have an e-commerce website and as a result the business of the restaurant was limited
only to a small region of area in Australia. The restaurant wants to expand its food and
drink delivery business to an international market and therefore they wants to develop e-
commerce website so that they can promote their food as well as provides online food
delivery facility to the people. This will be quite advantageous for the expansion of the
food and drink delivery business.
3.2 Project objectives and desired outcomes
The objectives of the project are as follows:
