demand is a microprocessor that generates about 1.2 billion dollar revenue each year. In the next
10 years, it is expected that the total value of this product is between 20 billion dollars and 30
billion dollars. Therefore, concentrated manufacturing is needed to amend that help in focusing
on a single work point assisted by transport, deposit and transfer facilities in a systematic order.
An effective and reliable supply chain can effectively be amended by considering some factors
such as support supplier diversity and reducing environmental impact (Su et al. 2016). These
factors support the electronics firm to supply the world market for microprocessor by submitting
carbon footprint data and implementing a green chemical screening process for safer alternatives.
Through concentrated manufacturing, it is easy to eliminate potential risks and challenges related
to operational functions such as distribution and amending diverse function. It encourages a
diverse supply chain that eventually brings responsive a competitive supply chain for sustainable
growth.
In addition, there are several key points that needed to consider for setup an electronics firm such
as cheap labour, skilled employees and easily available for resources for location. These factors
support the manufacturing plant for continuous production and firm supply chain. The
production and operational cost get reduced by considering these key factors to make sure
maximum benefit can be gathered positively without compensating with the quality and
reliability of the microprocessor. Market research needs to be done at the beginning that allows
the firm to fetch maximum profit such as pricing, competitors, demand and quality (Jayaram,
2016). By considering these factors, it is easy to supply quality microprocessor for industry and
consumers positively without any delay. Hence, a firm business plan and technology
understating are required to consider in the priority list that reduced the negative effect on
