I have completed my graduation in the field of international business from Middlesex
University with attaining 2:1 percentage and did my schooling from Beacon Secondary School in
Surrey. When I moved to London, I lived in Wandsworth where I got admission in South
Thames College and did BTEC business level three from there. At present, I have been applied
to MSc International Business Management at the University of East London for 2 years. While,
applying to this University, I have been asked to answer certain questions related with reason for
choosing this place to study along with my experiences.
The key reason for selecting this University of East London is that I am very ambitious
and want to increase the scope in my career for grabbing new opportunities. Also, my family is
also very supportive towards me that assists me in taking appropriate career decisions. Along
with this, major reason for pursuing MSc. International Business Management course is that I
want to use my qualification in the future that will support me in acquiring job in Oil and Gas
Industry. Furthermore, my future goal is to become a successful entrepreneur that serves in third
world countries for potential growth. Therefore, studying Msc. International Business
Management (IBM) will support me to gain insight knowledge regarding the IBM. At present, I
am preparing to pursue this course that will help me in rising my management skills and I will be
capable enough grow my career.
In the past, I have studied BTEC business level three and got work experience in three
different companies. Previously, I have worked in Sainsbury on the position of Sales Assistant.
After that, my second job was in sports direct as the sales assistant and further, got last job
experience in Zara which is a renowned clothing retailer at the same position. My past work
experience was in an international organization that is having their operations in different
countries across the globe. Therefore, pursuing further study in the University of East London
will support me in gaining perspective of international business management. However, working
in previous companies also supported me in gaining knowledge related with the sales field. Thus,
it can be said that past experience will help me in enhancing my operational as well as
managerial skills as a sales assistant that supports me in performing my job in a proper manner.
With the help of studying this course, I can easily achieve the goal that is obtaining
insight knowledge regarding international business. With the help of this, my future goal to
become a successful entrepreneur will get accomplished that will support me in understanding

factors existing in the international market which can affect the overall activities of organization.
In addition to this, through studying this course, I will also learn the way in which corporation
operates their activities in international marketplace with gaining further understanding of
development and executing the strategy in a proper manner. Moreover, this course will make me
understand various organizational issues that are affiliated with the cross-border action.
Moreover, it is also relevant to my future academic goals and career as I want to see myself as an
entrepreneur that serves operations in third countries.
Previously, I have studied international business from Middlesex University with
attaining 2:1 ratio that is beneficial for me. It supports in rendering services in the world-wide
organizations such as Sainsbury as well as Zara. In situation if I need advanced entry to the
course, previous studies would support me to pursue the course. It is because; without
completing secondary courses as well as graduation, I am not eligible to carry out further study
for enhancing my knowledge and abilities. Along with this, previous experiences gained from
the organization exempt me from becoming a part of course as my job role in the past
organization was of sales assistant.
Through reviewing the website of University of East London, I found that there are also
certain other courses available for me that will support me enhancing my knowledge as well as
learning. Reviewing the content under postgraduate courses, I have identified that business
administration courses will support me in attaining proper knowledge and abilities. Further, it
assists me in attaining the future goals and objectives. Further, by reviewing on the websites, I
have also identified that there are different part time and full time courses available in the
University of East London that supports me in enhancing my knowledge and skills related with
the particular area.
