INTERNATIONAL CAREER
Based on the discussions that took place in the video, “Success Factors for Global
Hiring. (2/13/2015). Mesacc.”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ojzKtj5iZLQ, the video is all about an interview with
Fabien Bertault who is actually a Managing Partner at the Company Vendome Partners and
he talks about ways to hire talented people from all over the world for the Company and
undertaking good management decisions for global business resources.
Personal interest towards international career
On going through this video, I have come to know that a candidate needs to prepare for his
interviews at an international level as it would provide him vast field of knowledge associated
with standards and they would also be exposed to good ways while communicating with
various teams from different cultures and customs. International Career renders opportunities
to an individual to learn about various ideas as well as concepts that were not only bounded
within the borders of a particular nation or a particular state (Jepsen et al., 2014). I am
personally interested to learn about various people who live all over the world, in order to
facilitate such learning processes, achievement of good levels of education is necessary at
international standards.
Certain countries or cultures that I might not be dwelling in, in near future
I might not be dwelling in all the states of Europe, US or Asia however I would like to learn
about the cultures and traditions of people living there, this would add extra motivation to my
perspectives and would also help to increase my thirst for knowledge.
Learnings based on the video as well as incorporation of personal experiences
regarding challenges that might be faced during international career
