It is very important for organisation to determine different factors and aspect about market
area before providing its products and services to customers. This will assist organisation in
better decision making as well as attracting larger number of employees towards business (Mohd
Asymawi, 2016). This report is based on Honda company. It is a Japanese organisation which is
dealing in Conglomerate industry. This report will include population which is targeted by
company. Different legal, technological, cultural as well as political aspects. In this main

Honda is a well establish and known company which is providing its products and
services to large number of customers. This organisation was founded in Hamanatsu Japan in
year 1948. The founder of this organisation is Soichiro Honda and Takeo Fujisawa. Headquarter
of Honda organisation is located in Minata, Tokyo, Japan. Key products of Honda organisation
is automobile, luxury vehicles, motorcycle and many more. Malaysia is country which is located
in Southeast Asia. Malaysia includes two geographical regions such a South China Sea and
Singapore in south.

Honda company is targeting customers of Malaysia in order to increase sale of its
products and services. It is important for respective company to determine population of

can be viewed as a preferred position to firms putting resources into the nation as the law

business to perform organisational task in more effective manner.
Political – Malaysia politics is majorly depended on multi party democracy country that
is supportive to increase private business functions.
