good functioning. There are a lot of strategies which are present in the market but the best shall
be applied in the market so that there would be a better experience of the customers and they can
remain to be loyal with the company. There is a well-developed ethic which is being followed in
the organization which is making the company have a good brand image.

of issues that currently exist in the Marriott Hotel regarding employee engagement and personnel
development. These were prominently identified as faulty employer employee relations,
resistance from employees, ineffective structure and management etc. Based on this, there are
following suggestions that can be made for the organisation:
Marriott Hotel can engage in organising workshops and team activities where employers
i.e. managers also engage with the employees and rather than sharing a formal bond, they
can interact as friends. This will help them in knowing each other and hence improve the
existing relations.
Working on the improvement of existing policies and practices that are implemented for
the employees of Marriott Hotel will be another critical strategy in gaining cooperation
and support from the employees. The hotel can be made a better place to work by
integrating technological upgrade and flexibility in working constraints.
The third major solution that can be recommended is that there should be a proper chain
in command i.e. every employee should know who their immediate boss is and who are
the bosses boss. This will simplify the communication and increase the clarity regarding
different issues that employees at Marriott Hotel face.
