The main role of the HR manager is managing the human resource in the most effective way. It
is very essential in the companies those are operating global business. The roles of the HR
manager in the organizational environment are mainly concerned with the employees and the
new candidates of the organization. It means that the HR mangers are mainly related in the
processes like, recruiting, hiring, interviewing, developing and training. These are mainly done
keeping the organizational goals in the back of the mind. The HR managers here play vital roles
in order to maintain the organizational behaviour. Being the international marketing, the HR
managers need to be more effective in the organizational field because the cultural and many
global factors are directly connected with the business. Here the managers need more motivating
capabilities in order to motivate and inspire the employees with the correct process of work. The
employees may face difficult situation while doing their work in the organization. The
motivation and the path of the managers may help the employees to get over the difficult
situations. The roles of the HR managers have different phases. Some of them are mentioned
below (Sparrow, 2013).
Providing training
It is the main and the initial stage of the managerial performance. The HR managers must train
the employee of the organization in an efficient manner so that the employees do not have to face
any complicated situation. The candidates who come to be a part of the company are selected by
the HR managers. It is not the end, the candidates need to be motivated and well trained before
going in to the working field. It can be said that the proper training and the perfect motivation
can take the employees to a different level (Provenzano, 2012). The employees must learn the

Development of the global collaboration
The development of the global collaboration is very essential in terms of the HR managers’
responsibilities. It can be said that the HR managers must construct a perfect collaboration
among the companies of different countries in order to run the business effectively and smoothly
in the international field. The exact relation among the managers of the companies must be built
to avoid the conflict. Moreover the decisions that the companies are going to take must be
discussed. The operational, strategic or the tactical decisions must be taken keeping all the
companies in mind. So it is very crucial to build a perfect and an effective relation among the
companies. The competitors who are in the operation in the markets must be taken under the
matters of concerns. It is essential for the companies because the strategies that the companies
will take will be based on the strategies and the planning of the rival companies. After every
single concerns, it is justified that the collaboration among the companies is very essential from
the organizational point of view. The HR manager of a particular company will be relieved to
know that there are more managers of other companies with whom the collaboration can be
made and the work will be easier for them. This where the main advantage of the collaboration

managers are the ones who can help the employees in every single aspect in the business field. It
is not that much easy to work with the managers of the company in the same flow as they do.
The employees must upgrade themselves to match the flow of work with the managers of the
company. It is the responsibilities of the HR managers to make the employees efficient to work
properly with the managers of the company. It is very essential for the managers too if they get

Building teams

in the international business. So it is necessary for the HR managers to recruit the eligible
candidates only. It is so because the employees of the organizations are the ones who will be

International staffing policy

three categories like ethnocentric, polycentric and geocentric. These three management style or
the attitudes of the can be described in the following ways,
Ethnocentric: This staffing policy is for the parent country where all the positions in the

mainly comes in to play in the field of the business where the other countries are not able
to build a perfect management team in the field of the business (Borek, 2011).
Polycentric: This staffing policy is mainly implemented in order to reduce the risk of
