Chapter 3:
Research
Methodology
Research methodology is most essential part of dissertation which will
support an investigator to accumulate proper information about the
impact of international human resource management from the
international presepective. For this project, primary and secondary
methods of data collection will be used by researcher. As it will assist
them to collect reliable and accurate information about the study.
Under primary research, questionnaire will be used because it assist in
collection of reliable and valid information regarding the given topic
(Mudry, 2017). On the other side, for accumulating secondary
information, magazines, books, journals and many other articles
relevant to the study will be applied by researcher.
Chapter 4: Data
Analysis and
Interpretation
In this chapter, questionnaire will be prepared for analysing opinion
of respondents about the impact of international human resource
management on the corporate strategy. Apart from this, there are two
types of sampling which is probability and Non-probability (Ljubić
and et. al., 2016). According to the current research, probability
sampling method will be applied because it not require more cost and
resource of an organisation. With the assist of probability sampling,
50 employees of Waitrose will be taken into consideration.
Data analysis will be completed with the use of thematic analysis. In
this case, different themes will be developed by researcher for
analysing accurate data regarding the study.

Conclusion
and
Recommendati
on
In this chapter, aims and objectives of researcher have been addressed
in systematic manner. Along with this, recommendation will be
provided to an organisation about how to retain employees for long
time and also to enhance their profitability.
