business organisation in consultancy industry. The company has been controlling and regulating
operations and activities from head office being established in London, United Kingdom. For
instance, the company considers an efficient and systematic approach in regulating and
controlling these operations and activities being carried out in the global economic markets.
Organisation culture developed in respective organisation facilitates efficient performance of
employees. Moreover, it ensures consistency in improvisation and enhancement of performance
of employees in the work place. Furthermore, this organisation is determined at producing high
quality output with efficient cost of production as well as upright performance of employees in
carrying out tasks and activities.
According to information and knowledge provided in the respective presentation, it can
be said that management of Ernst & Young has been maintaining an efficient coordination and
connectivity between headquarters and other business units in different economic nations. I
learned from the provided presentation that organisational culture is influenced according to their
