Kiran K. 4th Kiran K. has a well
academic background that
includes her doctorate in
business administration. In
addition, she has
experience to work with
companies in marketing

she is comfortable to

beneficial for our company.
However, there is one big
issue with her that is she

think she will be less

for this job role. He has all
the required qualities to be
good international
marketing head. Mostly, he
is said to be creative and
loyal and a good motivator
too. Apart from that, he is
fluent in multiple languages
and is well organized with
his work. The only problem
lies in the fact that he is not
comfortable in changing his
location for work and our
company may locate him
here and there for certain
period of times.
Tex V. 5th Tex has also most of the
required qualities that the
job role requires. For
example, he has a good
academic degree in
marketing and has a wide
range of working
experience too. However,
he is said to be aggressive
that is not expected from a

other hand, he is a
workaholic and this can
create obstacles in his way
to come up with creative
marketing ideas if he does
not enjoy any time for
relaxing. Moreover, he is
not fluent in many
languages, which is another
reason for giving the last
rank from my side.
Zvi C. 1st Zvi C. is my first choice
because of various reasons.
One of the reasons for
hiring him is that he has no
failed records when it is
about giving marketing
suggestions to the
companies he previously
worked on. We can see that
even in critical situations he
managed to increase the
market share of the
companies by giving
significant marketing ideas.
Apart from that, he is also a
much respected person and
also has a good contact
with the high tech
departments all over the
world. Thus, it can be
expected that our company
will not have to deal with
any kind of behavioral
issue with him and on the
top of that, he will be able
to fetch contacts from other
significant sectors when it
