and any country can trade with any other country and for this it is necessary for the company to
have effective management (Madura, 2020). The present study is based on company Daimler
which is a German automotive corporation and is headquartered in Stuttgart in Germany. The
present report will start by highlighting the global virtual team and role of culture in international
business. Further it will outline how important it is to manage the global virtual team for success.
In the end the discussion will highlight the different challenges faced by the manager in
effectively managing the team and skills required to manage the business successfully at
international level.
