report is to analyse the external environment of Australian food chain company based in
Malaysia that decided to consider Australian food industry to invest (Puck and Mudambi 2016).
Nasi Kandar Pelita is one of the popular food chains in Malaysia founded in 1995 and has been
serving 3 nations by now that is Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and India. The business idea was based
on the Indian Muslim dishes initially and Nasi is one of the dishes of Malaysia that is Malay for
rice. However the restaurant now uses all old age recopies for delivery of traditional dishes from
