The project aims to outline the business research proposal which will be prepared for the Business idea based on the International
Standard swimming pool as present in Maldives. In line of this, it is important to understand that the project aims to underline the
different aspects of the business which comprises of the location, business idea, purpose, marketing plan, financial plan and operational
plan. The Fuvahmala in Maldives, does not have any swimming pools for international practice and it is for this reason that, the
business idea and related proposal aims to come up with an international standard pool which will provide adequate capacity for 2000
individuals. Hence, the business idea will not only be unique with respect to the fact that, it will be the first international standard
swimming pool in the country, but also that it will be kind of a Social responsibility activity whereby the firm will be contributing to the
overall welfare of the country at large and help the individuals to ace and perform well in the future games and tournaments.

 USP: There are no International Standard Swimming Pools in the country and it is with respect to this that the new
International Standard Swimming Pools will allow considerable scope for the different customers which will allow the
