INTRODUCTION
International Business refers to the use of various types of methods and techniques by the
Businesses so that they are able to target International Expansion and substantially grow

the purpose of attainment of higher-level of growth in the future quite effectively and efficiently
in a proper manner. Thus, it is quite essential for the Business Organizations that they are able to

and efficiently in the future. For this report, a strategic alliance of British Airways and Qatar
