which is having an objective of determining better strategies to ensure enhanced learning
experience for international students. Implication of qualitative form of data collection is adopted
for current investigation as it facilitates a more detailed and in-depth information about the
selected topic. Further, use of a semi structured interview would be made to collect information
from selected 4 participants out of the students and teachers of Excelsia College with the help of
random sampling. Use of thematic method of data analysis would be made to evaluate and
analysis the key findings based on developing student satisfaction strategy for better learning
experience of international students.

Excelsia College is a well known tertiary education provider that is formerly known as
Wesley Institute located at Sydney, Australia which is offering undergraduate and postgraduate
degrees in the stream of counselling, arts (drama and music), teacher education and business.
Excelsia College is considered as one of the most fastest-growing faith-based Colleges in
Australia the growth of which is mostly relies on the international students (Kilubi, 2018). Thus,
current study is lead out in the Excelsia College to determine and evaluate about the learning
experience of international students along with getting deep insight into the role of developing
student satisfaction strategy on the learning experience of international students.

learning experience.
Recommendations on the basis of findings
On the basis of current study it has been recommended and find out that leading proper
feedback facilitates and ensuring proper channels of communication on basis of different
cultural, social and linguistic backgrounds students is also an effective way for Excelsia College

to address and overcome the issue of providing enhanced learning experience for its international
students. Apart from this, adopting use of more efficient and viable technology and online
education facilities along with upgrading of college campus, library, labs and other learning
amenities are also a viable way to attract and cater larger number of international students by the
way of leading improvement in their learning experience.
