INTRODUCTION
 In 21st century scenario many of the shareholders are
distributed over different parts of the world(Pozin et al.
2018). ABC company is working in Melbourne but they
have international clients spread across Bangalore,
Sanghai and others.

ADVANTAGES
 This helps in staying connected with employees
that are located in many different parts of the
country (Pozin et al. 2018).
 International employees will be able to work
from home or from their comfort zones.
 ABC company will be able to save property cost
and invest in on other developmental purposes.

DISADVANTAGES
 There can be issues like poor internet
connection (Bartel-Radic and Münch
2016)
 Employees might involve in some
conflicts due to language barriers, time
zone gaps
 Trust factor broken if employees take
short breaks and go offline

CONCLUSION
 The managers of ABC company have to
adopt some strategies in order to solve
the issues. They have to stay in
constant connection with their
employees via instant messaging.
