Answer to question 1:
A person can make internet based communication to interact with friends, family and colleagues
by using internet. The internet provides many ways to have communication such as sending an instant
message (IM), doing video call, sending e-mails, chatting through social media like face book and
instagram.
Video conferencing is one of the types of internet based communication which is not possible
anywhere else. It is a conference between two or more than two people at two different areas by using
computer networks. Video conferencing is a way to deliver audio and video data. The video camera,
microphones and speakers are required to be connected to computer or laptop of each participant. It is
considered as most popular distance communication method. It is also helpful in providing distance
education. It gives better visual interaction which is not possible through e-mail (Mansell, 2012).
Answer to question 2:
The internet gives an opportunity to discover the infinite world without other restrictions of real
world. But there are many inappropriate contents on the internet such as incorrect information and
pictures which trouble children and adults stuffs. This is not easy for parents to monitor all time what
their children are watching on internet. The gambling sites, unmoderated chat rooms and pornographic
stuffs should not be on internet. These inappropriate contents may led unsafe and dangerous behavior
of kids. These contents may motivate the self-harm (Brooks, 2016).
Answer to question 3:
Yes, there should be new laws about what is permitted on the internet because internet is very
hard thing to regulate and control, and there are very few laws, rules and regulations to police the
internet. There is a need of federal restrictions set up for the inappropriate content on the internet. The

matters on the internet are really required to be lawful for the protection of children and citizens from
self-harm and any other accident. The government should make new law for imposing the strict penalty
in case of having and sharing these inappropriate things. There should be restriction on some things
such as how to make bombs and this kind of things so that these sites cannot be used by the terrorists
to make danger stuffs and to kill the innocent people (Schwabach, 2014).
