Internet safety can be described as things one should take care while accessing internet.
The report consists of importance of internet safety as well as problems faced by individuals on
internet from cyber bullying to hacking etc. It analyses description about digital footprints and
also about internet crimes that are increasing day by day and safety ensures that can be taken by
individuals.

young people, adults to connect
and communicate with large

world and can also get access to
information and be creative by

internet gave rise to various
crimes and threats such as
internet scams, internet crime,
cyberbullying, cyberstalking,
email frauds, hacking,
spamming, phishing, etc.
Digital footprints
It is also known as digital
dossier. It includes all the
data, information, website,
emails, sites, etc. which can be
effectively tracked using
digital footprints. There are
two types of digital footprints
which can be classified into
active footprints and passive
footprints. Active digital
