As discussed above, during this module I have developed set of employ-ability skills that

provide unexpected benefits to me recently and will do so in the future. I have analyzed that
during this course work, I have conducted a lot of research and to make assure that information
gathered from each source will not miss, I efforts to wrote notes which directly and indirectly
developed my note taking skill. Just like current one, there are several activities has been
conducted by me, through which I have develop more competencies in excellent way. For
example, I developed written communication competence during process of transforming visual
data into written format that make understanding of other people about importance of internet in
higher education students life clear. This skill enable me to write key points that highlight the
main info about topic in term of summary, which individual understand at initial level.
Along with this analysis, I have determined that I also developed the most important and
beneficial skill and that is research competence, which every student whether they study in
college or school, seek to develop, just because it helps to collect useful information and
interpret each point in clear way. With this skill I have founded reliable sources where info about
my subject already accessible, which is authentic. Furthermore, I have gained benefits during this
module in term of developing critical thinking ability that assist taking decision to choose the

career success.
Conclusion
From above description, it has been determined that by taking part and initiatives during
this module I have developed note taking, written communication, research, planning and critical
thinking as employability skills. Each skill plays vital role in my academic and professional
career growth. I have determined a lot of things about myself during whole process in term of
skills that I had, developing new competencies and identifying abilities as competencies that I
don't have, but tend to develop in the future, for which I have to choose the best and most
suitable personal as well as professional learning and skills development approaches.
Furthermore, by summing up above analysis, I have identified that during module I felt really
quite nervous at initial stage, especially when I conduct activity to gather data and just for that I
have to find out reliable and suitable sources, whether it is primary or secondary. After
understanding each point and finding way to collect material about this module topic, I felt relax

and work confidently without making any mistake that impact negatively upon my effort.
I have determined that development of current five skills is not quite enough to be
productive and match to the employment criteria of employers who attempt to hire people on the
basis of each point taking into their consideration. Just because of this purpose, I will focus on
skill's development, which I lack. From above analysis, I have analyzed that I am lacking in
some areas and these are time management, presentation, digital and team working
competencies. At the end of this module I effort to develop an action plan through which I would
develop range of transferable and employment skills.
