INTRODUCTION
Literature search refers to the organised searching which helps to find the key literature
on the particular topic. It gives effective knowledge and understanding of topic. To reach the
target results literature search includes important concepts of search questions. The topic is
related to the internet which gives the various information and data related to the health to the
students of higher education. The students will aware about their health and the students of
medical courses will get the various information of related to the present health issues in their
studies. The use of internet is increasing at the faster rate for the purpose of health and explains
the needs and wants of patient that will be changes on the continuous basis. This report includes
the literature review on the uses of internet by the students of higher educations. The students of
medical studies will increase their knowledge and understanding when they take the information
from the internet.

Literature search results:
As per the view of Alghamdi and et.al., (2019) in the current days internet is the
important part of human life so the students of higher education preferred to uses the internet
which gives the intense information about the present health of people. This is very effective and
efficient way in achieving the greater score in studies of students. The students get the answers to
the questions which is related to the health and diseases with the help of internet because it gives
the fast and easy access to the large number of sites which is the information of health. Students
will get the information related to the variety of health diseases and finds the effective idea for
the improvement by using the internet. Information is available on the different sites and the
students will operates those sites at anytime. The cost of internet is very low so the students did
not have to invest large amounts of money in gaining the large number of information and data
related to the health of people.
As illustrated by Bujnowska-Fedak, Waligóra and Mastalerz-Migas, (2019) internet has
the vast networks in the worlds so the people will easily get the information at every place of the
world. It is very essential and famous source of health information for both the students and
patients. The students will get the benefits with the help of digitalisation. The different platforms
of social media will connect the students and doctors with each others. Computer will gives the
variety of options to the doctors and students to learn more about the diseases and brings

effective prevention. The social media will gives the general information which is related to the
current disease of the people. Different types of information related to the medicines which helps
the students to learn effectively and earn marks by getting the information related to the health.
According to the Osei Asibey, Agyemang and Boakye Dankwah, (2017) internet is the
most effective technology in the current days which helps the students in identifying the medical
condition of the people which increases their knowledge and understanding. The professional
doctors will gives the ideas and suggestion on the social media websites which will be beneficial
for students in getting the information of health issues. On the other hand internet also have the
information and data which is not relevant to the particular diseases so the student swill
misguides sometimes. Students will not consult with their senior about the health information so
that, they did not have practical knowledge in their learning. Not all the websites on internet will
gives the accurate information of health issues and the information will be outdated and fake and
this affects the study of students. After taking information from internet, student always
confirmed their senior before applying in their study this will improve the performance in the
studies.
As stated by Humphrey-Ackumey, Adams and Ahenkorah-Marfo, (2019) the student will
get the information with the helps different channels on internet by searching. They finds how to
prevent the diseases which is happen in the people of the country. Students will brings
innovation in the techniques and methods which is used in the process of preventing the diseases
of the people. The treatment will be done at the faster rate by gaining the information related to
the different health issues.
Methodology.
Research type: Methods of research could be explained with the help of systematic and
scientific process of analysis of data, data collection and interpretation. There are two types of
research which is used in the searching of the topic are describe below:
Qualitative: For the collection of information which is non numerical this method is the
scientific method (Quinlan and et.al., 2019). This method focuses on the concepts, symbols,
characteristics of the topic. The benefit of this method is that it will gives the valid and reliable
results
Quantitative: It is the process of collecting the data and information with the use of
different statistics and mathematical techniques. The focus of this research is on the

measurement with the numerical data. The data and information which acquired with the help of
this research is more reliable.
This research uses the qualitative method to collect the information of health problem by
the student because it will gives the valid results by focusing on the concepts and characteristic
of the topic.
Data collection:
This will explained the procedure of analysing, collecting and measuring the data with
the help of effective techniques for research.
Primary: This will states the data and information is collected by the researcher himself
to make the research effective. The advantages of this research is that the collected data is
directly link with the study of the researcher so it is beneficial to get the best result.
Secondary: It refers to that the collection of data is done with the help other people for
doing the research. This method will makes primary method more specific because it is time,
cost and efforts saving method.
The method which is used in this research is secondary collection because the researcher
will makes comparison between the data collected by them and it will improve the understanding
of different problems and difficulty.
Data analysis:
It is the systematic process for applying the different techniques and methods of statistics
and logical which explains and evaluate the information. To make the information useful this
process includes inspecting, cleaning, concluding and supporting with the decision making. With
the help of different themes the analysis of data and information is possible in research. There is
the systematic analysis is done with the help of theme which is related ton the topic.
Literature review search strategy:
With the use of specific key words literature search will be done successfully. The
information gathered from the reliable sources which makes the research effective and efficient.
With the help of authentic data and information the research will be effective and efficient.
Discussion:
From the above literature review it can be evaluated that internet is an essential aspects
which helps the students in providing the information and data on the basis of health issues. This
will improve their understanding and knowledge will makes them better in their studies. It can be

analysed that internet will gives variety of information on the different sites so that they bring
effective and efficient prevention for the different diseases. By using the internet students will
make the people aware about the diseases and tells them to avoid those things which they get ill
from various diseases (Sbaffi and Rowley, J., 2017). It is determine that the literature review will
explained about all the advantages and disadvantages of internet for the students in the studies.
The sites on the internet will sometime gives the wrong and outdated information about the
health which affects the score of students in their higher education. Students take the information
only by using the internet rather to take the guidance from the professionals. It is analysed that
the contribution of social media is also the great part in the education of student because in the
current days most of the doctors share their experience by posting on different platforms of
social media (Tubaishat and Habiballah, 2016). This will increases the skills and talent of student
while they are performing any kind of medical treatment. The student get the different ideas from
using the internet they uses the new technology and innovation which improve the health issues
as fast as possible. It is evaluated that the students important aspects which to improve the health
problem of the country by analysing and understanding different aspects of diseases (Montagni
and et.al., 2016). They get the solution of problem related to health diseases. Students will do not
have pay extra cost while taking the knowledge from using the various internet sources.
Findings:
It is founded from the above research that internet will improve the skills and talent of the
students in their education. The students will learn best ideas in solving the problems related to
the health of people of country. They contributed their efforts to minimise the diseases by
creating awareness among the people of country. The people will also share their experience
while they are suffering with the diseases so it will gives ideas to the student that how to handle
the patient in the particular diseases so that they will not feel anxious with their health issues.
Platform of social media will also provides the information about the health like people will post
their personal health issues and different doctors will gives different gives comment to solve the
problem. So this will also increases knowledge of students while they are studying. But
sometimes to earn the high scores for students in their studies internet will misguides them
because sometime it will gives the wrong information about the problems related to the health.
They will learn from internet how they uses the latest technology of medical equipment so that
they treat the patient effectively and efficiently. Internet will also describe the advantages and

disadvantage of using the technology in treatment so make sure about when to use and not in the
treating the people. The student will easily connect with the specialised doc tor when they are not
understanding anything related to the specific diseases of the people living in the country and the
doctors will gives the answer to the question so this process is done with the helps of internet and
improve the knowledge of students.
Reflection:
I learned that internet is the best way to increase the knowledge and skills of people
while they are studying the higher level of education while conducting the research. In this
research I experienced that internet will helps to acquire different kinds of information which is
related top the issues of health in people. I learned from the above research that how the people
are suffering from the different diseases and how could I find the ways to prevent in the most
possible ways. I can say that internet is the best technology which makes the students effective
and efficient in their studies because it gives the variety of information and data of different
subjects. I experienced lots of difficulty in collecting the information related to the health
problem on the internet because of slow network problems. I have learned the skills of time
management from doing the research. I had improved my searching when I identified different
aspects of the research. I could make easily analysis of what things are appropriate while doing
the research like I select the qualitative concept of research which is best way to collect the
information of topic. I faced so many challenges from this research because it takes lots of time
in completing the research due to slow internet.
