In this project report we are going to discuss about the utility of the Internet Knowledge
Management System, as it is very important for the whole organisation. Internet based
knowledge management system (KMS) is responsible in coordinating between various
departments of the college. This system can be used for information management and knowledge
management for the college students and also for the various departments of the college 1.
Through staff login and student login staffs and students can upload any kind of information.
Knowledge Management System of the internet provides an effective platform for the students
and staff of various institutions to upload any kind of information regarding the course or general
information regarding college 6. Through the student login and staff logging, they can access and
look for any kind of information that has been uploaded by others. The Internet Knowledge
Management System shall help in the process of our location of knowledge sharing that takes
place even at the grassroots levels for the entire organization of the college.
To share any information of the project team to the entire college, we take the help of Internet
Knowledge Management System.
Internet Knowledge Information System provides various sets of instructions with a set of tools
to perform certain functions like managing the grades of students, printing roles and scheduling
the dates of exams 10. The Internet Knowledge Management System also provides the students
with wide range of tools to perform specific functions of education such as registering
themselves for specific classes, viewing the schedule of classes and also viewing their attendance
along with the academic report cards.
